Iran-born DJ and music producer Afshin Mohammadi, better known by his monikers SHINNIE and United Rockstars, has performed at major events such as Sensation Black Moscow, Stereosonics Australia, Future Music Festival Malaysia, and the F1 After Party in Singapore. He has shared the stage with notable artists like The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Ace Ventura, Tall Paul, Scot Project, and Cosmic Gate at events across Australia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Since 2008, he has released over 200 records, including singles, 12 EPs, and 4 studio albums, through his own imprints Tripbox, Machines Don't Dream, and Echoing Emi. In addition to spending time in music studios in Istanbul, Yerevan, and Tbilisi to craft his ever-evolving art form, he is dedicated to mentoring emerging artists through his forward-thinking music company, OXYTOXY, all while remaining true to his global dance-floor communication system: trance music.

Pure Ibiza Radio Techno Series # 22

Baikal Nomads presents a collaborative organic house release by Kaöb and Nofrontera. It is the first time these artists have teamed up, and it features three tracks with progressive grooves.

Kaöb is a wilderness explorer, whose music is inspired by trips to more than 50 different countries. His love of nature and organic sounds are what form the backbone of his compelling music, which combines dramatic moments with flowing rhythms.

This is the third time Kaöb has worked with Baikal Nomads, adding to a previous EP, and a contribution to one of the record label's compilations. His tracks and remixes can also be heard on other respected imprints such as Leveldva, Shango Records, MONADA, and Cosmic Awakenings.

Nofrontera is also a French artist from Paris, and he takes inspiration from cultural diversity. He is fascinated by tribal chants, and aboriginal sounds from around the world, which he fuses with contemporary electronic instruments. This is Nofrontera's first time featuring on Baikal Nomads, adding to a catalogue that also includes • kosa • and Cafe De Anatolia.

"Tangaroa" opens the release with upbeat conga rhythms and aboriginal sounds, delivering a mystical vibe with deep atmosphere. "Otro Mundo" has atmospheric synths and ceremonial sounds, creating a trippy vibe underpinned by invigorating percussion. "Native Dream" closes the release with vocal chants and liquid melodies, combining with moody pads and tribal drums.

Guess who’s back! Let me start with my first release since Nice Guy lastyear March! Michael Jackson’s hidden track Someone Put Your Hand Out is one of my favourite ballads from the King of Pop for many reasons. It’s raw, emotional, and showcases a side of MJ that doesn’t always get the spotlight.

With this remix, I wanted to honour the original while reimagining it through my own lens as maisha.wav — blending deep, atmospheric textures with driving grooves that bring the track into today’s world. Think of it as a conversation between past and present: the soul of MJ meeting the sound of now.

This one’s for the fans who love the King and for anyone looking to feel that spark of nostalgia on the dancefloor.
