Flori’s Life Signs marks the eighth release for Voyage and the UK artists debut for the label. An ode to the unexplored landscapes of Mars, Flori uses a refined aesthetic, not dissimilar to the original star gazers of Detroit, to imagine and encapsulate the reality of being alone on Point Lake. Two driving explorations, accompanied by a pensive ambient excursion, Life Signs takes Flori and Voyage into the areocentric orbit of our closest terrestrial neighbour.

Life Signs is accompanied by a full sleeve interpretation from Melbourne’s Sam Donaldson.

Skatebård is back on Untz Untz Records. This time in collaborative mode with Stiletti-Ana to present: The Finsk-Norsk Body Language Society. The short version of the story goes: Skatebård and Stiletti-Ana meet at a party they both played at hosted by Untz Untz in Berlin 2011. Stiletti-Ana was there as part of the duo Jesse. A drum machine gets a Skatebård signature on it at the end of the night. Jesse remixes Skatebård’s ‘Conﬁrmation Bias’ track for Untz Untz in 2013. Fast forward to 2017 and here we are with the deal that was unknowingly signed in 2011 fulﬁlled. This record was recorded, mixed & dubbed live straight to a two track stereo tape recorder, during a ﬁne January weekend in 2017 at Stiletti’s Haista II studio on the island Suomenlinna outside Helsinki. We hope you like Standard Moderne, a Moderne Standard. Skatebård is a Norwegian producer of all things electronic. Connoisseurs know that his catalogue oscillates between emotional techno, neo-italo, electro from an alternative future and a Scandocosmic reinterpretation of pure Detroitian house. Skatebård has released records on Bordello A Parigi and Vivod lately and has seen a steady rise of his proﬁle the last couple of years that has taken him around the world via Australia, Japan, Brazil and back again to his hometown Bergen.
Stiletti-Ana is a legend in Helsinki's underground scene, and has probably touched in one way or another most of the interesting music coming out of Finlands underground. A drummer, producer, session musician, recording, mixing and mastering engineer, this is a man who has dedicated his life to music. You may ﬁnd him behind the drums with K-X-P or behind the machines on stage in the duo Dj Candle In The Wind. Recent release from Stiletti-Ana can be found on Rat Life, Sex Tags UFO and I’m A Cliché. Molly continues to cement RDV’s reputation as a refreshing outlet for contemporary house with the expertly-curated Recit De Voyage Volume 2, a generous compilation that collects a number of established and upcoming producers to deliver vital, sincere and wholly individual music.

Leading the charge is Finale Sessions founder Michael Zucker, who follows his appearance on RDV's first release (as one half of the duo Prophets of a New Generation) with ‘City Streets’; having previously appeared on recordd with the likes of Terrence Dixon, Boo Williams and Norm Talley, he delivers his own nocturnal vision, a gentle and smooth soundtrack for warm Midwestern nights. Molly’s own contribution ‘Poble New’ follows, demonstrating her well-established mastery of tight grooves, atmosphere and subtle jack.

Douala, an artist associated with cult label Blorp, brings us ‘Orbiting’, a powerful slice of liquid funk. 
Modern House Quintet, presents ‘Plaka’, his first release away from his MHQ imprint, and arguably the record’s outright deepest moment. 
The founder of Popcorn Records, Siler ups the tempo for ‘French Manicure’, a playful, fizzy house bubbler.
Discovered at New York’s Elsewhere club during only his second-ever gig, John Silas represents the Eastern seaboard on irresistibly smooth cut ‘One Time’. 
Silas’s nocturnal groove leads in nicely to the more experimental, dense forest of sound forged by Kristian Amou & The Modern Quintet Ensemble on Bokobimbo. 

Finally, Orion hits with the MPC front-and-center for the undeniable groove of ‘Just Have You’, which rolls sensually towards a soulful vocal sample, culled from the dustiest of wax.

The illusive Nelson of the East reappears with his forthcoming EP Phase Alternating Lines – a first class two-tracker + FANTASTIC MAN remix 

The Swiss-born, Milanese artist released his first EP Night Frames just last year, making a strong entrance on Tartelet Records. This time around, N.O.T.E explores 80s electro boogie with ‘Phase Alternating Lines’ on the A side, and delivers his very own take on obscure tribal house with “Burning Palm” on the B side.

If you’re into the 80s, Beverly Hills Cop, or just sad that you missed out on Studio 54, you’re going to love EP opener, “Phase Alternating Lines”. It’s got it all: hot drum programming, an electro boogie bassline and a cheeky Italo-style melody that sticks.

“Burning Palm” takes us into tribal-meets-afro-house territory, utilizing percussion, synth marimba and entrancing melodies – all held together in a tight, driving groove. This track is exotic at its root and perfect for any late night outdoor activity. 

FANTASTIC MAN of Superconscious Records fame delivers an outstanding remix, taking “Burning Palm” deeper into obscure tribal territory with his ‘Awakening Dub’, where repetitive rhythms, off-kilter bass and mystic sounds merge for that hypnotic afterhours vibe (digital only).

This is a limited-edition release of 300 copies, written and produced by N.O.T.E, arranged by N.O.T.E in close collaboration with Tartelet Records’ label head Dirk 81 and mixed at Panalama Studios in Copenhagen on the Neve 5088 Shelford console for good measure.

For ØEN Records 13th release, "En Anden" steps up with his debut EP release. En Anden is the output of the Copenhagen based DJ, Lazer (@lazert). Wanting to express a simplistic and naive sound, he has taken inspiration from Italo Disco's quirky synthesizer themes and 90's house tight drum and stripped-down productions. With the EP "Ting", En Anden perfects the subtle art of making tracks, where everything stand still, but is still evolving with small waves, connotations and intermissions. The EP is rounded off with a remix by local talent DJ Popup (@why_u_poppin) and released digitally with a limited edition poster made by TLS

Italian Samuele De Santis from the 'This Is Not' crew makes his YUNG DUMB debut with a 4-track original EP, aptly titled 'Future Camp'. The A-Side features the title track, an acidic and dystopian sounding electronica cut, paired with dusty and raw 808s. 'Warm Truck' stays on the same train with a slowed break, accompanied by crunchy analogue basslines, off-the-box drum work, and hazy keys. The B-Side opens with 'Voices Of Varese Lake' a club-ready number with airy vocals and punchy, woody percussion. Closing out the EP is 'Time Machine' which forays into more of an early-night house sound with soulful crooning sample bits, instrumentation chops, and wavy synths. This is Future Camp!
