1Forty Boss LOCKT has taken the Event/Record Label to new heights after sold out events at Mint made waves across the country. With regular appearances at Mint venues as well as being a hit in Sheffield, Nottingham & Bristol hes gaining a significant reputation for both warming the dancefloor and keeping it heated for the likes of DJ EZ, Chase & Status, D Double E, Preditah, Shy FX, DJ Zinc, Flava D, Cause & Affect, Oneman, Royal T, Loefah, Holy Goof, Skepsis, Slimzee, Spooky, Sicaria Sound, Champion, Notion, Darkzy, BassBoy and plenty more, he knows how to hold it down spinning all things Grime, Bass, Garage & UK Funky. 

Gathering support to his 1Forty brand from some of biggest names across Grime, Bass & Garage music on the likes of BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, Rinse FM & more he's gaining quite the reputation for himself in Leeds and beyond. With a fondness for a whole variety of music he played in 2016 for Mixmag in Manchester. In 2018 he amassed a number of club shows including 3 Detonate bookings, handing over to Flava D & DJ EZ as well as opening the Festival amongst others such as El Dorado Festival & Sundown Festival. The Leeds based music connoisseur also featured on Chris Lorenzo’s Bass Mentality Tour. 2019 saw further bookings for the likes of Detonate with Chase & Status as well as being part of Marcus Nasty's 'Exceptional DJs' project on Rinse FM before going b2b w/ Elijah at Butterz. 2020 started with a bang with his first international booking in Prague at the infamous Cross][Club before being the first DJ from Leeds within the relevant Genres to play a Leeds Boiler Room and then onto representing Leeds for BBC 1Xtras 'Venue Spotlight' for the venue where it all began.. Wire.

Having taken the Label on to BBC Radio 1 with Toddla T and featuring on the likes of Rinse FM for Grime Originals, Radar Radio, Reprezent Radio and Flex FM w/ Jammer, Killa P, Mez, YGG, Trilla & more it has also given him a foothold in the scene.

Valentino Khan’s talents exhibit limitless creativity and versatility.  From performing at some of the world’s largest festival stages to producing for some of the most prominent figures in the music industry he is the quintessential example of what it means to be an incredible DJ + producer.

In addition to performing at world renowned events such as EDC and Lollapalooza, Valentino has taken his electrifying ‘High Power’ live shows into sold out venues, determined to leave the audience with a spectacular core memory from every performance.  While specializing in house & techno, Khan’s musical knowledge runs beyond any single genre.  His adaptability as a DJ has afforded him the ability to play in every kind of environment and connect with any crowd.

As a producer, Khan has also crafted widely successful tracks like ‘Welcome to the Party’ with Diplo, French Montana and Lil Pump; which went RIAA Platinum in the US. Khan also secured gold plaques as a producer for ‘Oops’ by Yung Gravy & Lil Wayne and ‘Bubble Butt’ from Major Lazer, Tyga & 2 Chainz.

He is also no stranger to creating dance floor hits.  Valentino’s record ‘Deep Down Low’ propelled him into an entirely new stratosphere. The record was statistically the most played song in live DJ sets for 2 years in a row and was coupled with an award-winning, mind-bending music video.  Valentino’s versatility has also allowed him to collaborate with a wide range of dance music artists such as Skrillex, Diplo, Alison Wonderland, Dillon Francis and Deorro. 

Whether it’s house, techno or everything in between, Khan’s tracks and DJ sets always carry his signature touch.  Valentino Khan has placed no ceilings on his world.  The sky is truly the limit.
