Url is one of the pseudonyms of Aku Leinikki - multidisciplinary electronic artist from Helsinki. After a creative break of roughly ten years from ambient / IDM type of music Url has finally come out with something brand new. During this time his work released by Kahvi Collective is probably somewhat forgotten so now it’s the perfect time to bring back those lush soundscapes and wistful emotions. This track is stitched together from several synth jams - some played purely by human hands and some sourced from semi-random modular synth patches.

Exposing the broken machinery that hums beneath the surface like a current, his music is cold, dark, and piercing. With Vector 12, his first EP on Vortex Traks, he presented a powerful and dystopian electro inspired by masters such as Drexciya and Kraftwerk.
