We're approaching the end of 2025 and our output this year hasn't been exactly what we imagined, largely due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding our friend and recent signee JSwift. In December of 2024, Pedro suffered from a stroke which left him speech-impaired and partially paralyzed. Out of respect, we didn't think it was appropriate to release his EP which was finished only shortly before that.

Almost 1 year has gone by since the Ensarr release but we're excited to finally reveal these wonderful tracks made by the man himself. Wisdom EP is a fusion of breakbeat and UKG featuring 911 Request, topped off by a slightly more techno-oriented Graham Lynn (aka Pha2e or 1/2 of the Neurotoxin duo which JSwift is a part of too). Similar to our previous EP, this one is available on a 10" vinyl cut + digital.

If it feels like it has been ages since you've heard anything from Breaks heavyweights 7DB (Se7en Deadly Breaks), it's because it has been ages! Jake has been dipping his toe in and out of the music world with his impressive Contrasts mix series under his Ensision moniker while Aaron understandably took a lengthy period away from the music world after all of his music-making gear was taken after a break-in. Thankfully for us fans and anyone who appreciates good music, the production bug has not left either of them and we're stoked to welcome them back right here, right now with a brand new remix exclusive to LSM.

Their new bass-heavy remix of Flowdan's 2016 Grime tune Horror Show Style continues with their ethos of breaking beats but on this occasion, it's all about the bump and flex of a distinct Garage vibe. Longtime fans of the duo already know that they know how to make a cracking tune, but some of you will detect an extra crispness and sharpness to the production work of their new remix which is in part thanks to the mentoring of PEAK Producer Training's bossman Mark Yardley of the Stanton Warriors. Good words have only been spoken about Mark's on-point tutoring and if he's inspiring artists like 7DB to push things forward, that can only be a very good thing for our beloved Breakbeat scene.

Oh yes, it's always a great day when there's new Dunman music on the horizon. We've been treated to so many top-drawer, sick sneak-peeks recently, whether it's through tight-lipped teases on his socials or through outlets like his slick, 100% own productions mix (apart from primed cuts by Kozzie and Gallah) for the don Oblig on Rinse FM, there's a tonne of Dunman material still yet to come. Thankfully, we're getting a big ol' chunk of that here, and to maximum effect and ferocity. This time, he's linked up with 140 tastemakers Simply Deep for his debut on the acclaimed imprint, after memorable appearances on the likes of Southpoint, Siege Collective, In:flux, Reloaded and more, as well as his own, excelling esc_ imprint. We premiere the lead track from the project, a lick that clocks in at an aggressive 145pm and one that's already received support from Ternion Sound, providing a suave insight into Dunman's expert production. Unchained presents “The Remixes” compilation, a 16 track exploration of sound, encompassing a slew of fresh music by some insanely fresh talent as well as a collection of the label’s best remixes to date. With a universal roster of artists from China, Europe, UK and the States, the LP continues to forward the label’s aim of discovering and embodying unique forms of fast bass music whilst staying true to the foundations of Drum and Bass. 

Representing China, both RADIAX and 3ASIC reinterpret two of the label’s biggest tunes by OAKK and HØST - resonating with elements of rolling DNB, Jump Up, Juke and Hardcore.  From the UK, WHINEY, ROHAAN, HØST and ARKAIK deliver various mutations of grit - spanning minimal, glitch, halftime and liquid. Continuing to explore fertile new ground, contributors from Europe also exhibit their rich diversity in all things electronic. From modular wubs to halftime gems to left-field bangers WAS A BE, FRACTALE, BLACK BARREL, KABUKI and SUPB YAO probe fresh hybrid terrain.
