2Whales is a highly promising drum & bass duo from Russia, city called Vologda. They started producing music when they were young, but now this name knows a lot of people from Drum and Bass community. During their music journey they managed to receive a lot of support from different monsters of drum & bass scene, they repeatedly popped up in Beatport top 10 D&B Releases and different charts. You can see them playing on the most popular festivals such as : Pirate Station, Neuropunk and etc. 2Whales tracks are always welcome on different radio stations such as: Megapolis FM, Kiss FM, DFM and BBC Radio 1Xtra. In 2019 2Whales got 2nd place in the nomination "Best Newcomer" by CZ&SK DNB AWARDS. Their tracks were released on : Eatbrain, Redlight, YSF, Druid Records, Warfare recordings and many more.
In 2020 they started their own imprint - "High Resistance". Its a brand new Drum and Bass label, launched by a team of like-minded musicians with a big experience organizing events, aimed to create a community of musicians and listeners from all over the world and promote new names, who shows their creativity and gives their energy to this world through music.
