Three Brothers & A Bud (3B&B) are a rock influenced band from Edmonton, Alberta. The band was formed in 2014 when a group of longtime friends, and a tag-along little brother, decided to start making music. The band has been busy writing material and continues to develop their live act.

I write the thoughts I cannot express. With a pen and a blank sheet I reveal my inner truths. I become naked via sound. 

I am passionate about self discovery and sharing the journey with people like you!  My approach is simple. I believe anyone can meditate and practice mindfulness - all that is required is the desire.  

Everything you need to experience peace is within you. A mindfulness 
practice will allow you to experience it for yourself.
