when I received the invitation to make a guest DJ Mix for the famous FM4 UNLIMITED radio show 
I was totally excited and happy beyond words :) . . . 
during compiling and mixing I dived deeper and deeper into my music sphere . . .
after finishing and hand over the mix I slowly come out of this special magical status
and suddenly I realised that I made a 1 hour 23 minute mix, for a one hour show
oh man indescribable how I felt in this moment . . . :)
but luckily it wasn't a problem and so you can hear now a few bonus tracks :)

Our guest on the show this month is Emotional Tourist. Hailing from Bucharest, Romania, he’s a fresh talent who made his way onto the scene back in 2016 under his Andrew Case alias, where he released tracks on Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat label and others. In 2018 the Emotional Tourist name was created with his first track released on Shanti Moscow Radio.

His deep and melodic sounds are about the moments and memories we create that are easily accessed through a simple chord or an emotion. Combining different notes of happiness with strings of sadness, Emotional Tourist is a love letter from the artist to the music and world.

His music can be found on labels such as When We Dip, Mixed Feelings Kindisch and others, including a long overdue appearance right here on Loot Recordings. Keep an eye out for his new remix of Silence Path “Sittin’ Here In Silence”.

Thomas and Julien are Dutch brothers from South of France. They propose either Hybrid DJ or live acts cutting from Jazz, House & Techno  mixing several genres while keeping this uplifting, dirty and groovy feel. 

Passionates in authentic sounds, they produce their music through field recordings. Their video concept "A Day In” translates cultures through field recordings and collaborations with local and traditional musicians. They already have concluded first collaborations with Gnawa musicians in Morocco, Huichol tribe musicians in Mexico, Icelandic choir, and musicians from Osaka, Bengalor, Fiji Island, Bangkok and more. 

With releases on Crosstown Rebels, DGTL, Sapiens, Bar 25 and their own imprint, Klassified Records, the two brothers also run the Klassified Studios, a co-creative space in Amsterdam.
