We Should Hang Out More are a prominent duo who operate in Glasgow, running widely praised parties and delighting dancefloors with vigour and energy. They have their fingers in many pies, those of you who know will be well aware of their late night endeavours and efforts to make the nightlife scene in Scotland as prominent and prolific as it can be. A noble venture and one which demonstrates commitment. 

As dj's they are fast paced, lively and fun focussed. This mix is as upbeat and happy go lucky as you might find.

In this week's episode, I'm happy to host Grant Williams, the man behind a record label, Eclectics, that was born out of a music collective of the same name in Bournemouth, the man with an exceptional music taste from folk-funk to Balearic, from disco to slow techno. 
He is interested in what connects things rather than what divides them. He says that it's his job to help the audience find the similarities rather than look for the differences. Playing records for years and putting on parties since 1988. his primary musical education took place at local blues parties, and in various fields across the Home Counties. From there it was the short hop to London – illegal Acid warehouse parties, Flying at Soho Theatre, the spin-off night Gosh at Dingwalls, Solaris, Sign of the Times...

 He always tries to embrace the unexpected, frames the familiar differently, and be bound by emotion rather than genre. Whether it’s at eclectics’ regular nights at The Star Hackney Downs, hosting a stage at Alfresco Festival, or playing extended solo sets at Spiritland.
