Bio:
Das Motz is a DJ and Producer from Frankfurt, Germany, currently residing in Nottingham, UK. His DJ career began in 2008 and really kicked off with residencies at big clubs around town.  Since the start of 2010 he has been heavily involved in the Electro Swing scene, playing alongside of many well-known acts such as Dutty Moonshine, DJ Switch, Kiwistar, The Electric Swing Circus, Swingrowers, Mr. B the Gentleman Rhymer, Kormac, Smokey Joe and the Kid amongst many others. He is one of the founders of the Jitterbug, an Electro Swing night in Nottingham and is currently active in the group The Killer Dillers, a DJ/band collaboration where he is a DJ/VJ.
Currently Das Motz is performing both nationally and internationally, mainly focusing on Electro Swing. His musical style is a combination of genres, creating energetic mixes ranging from Minimal to Techno to Electro Swing and all in between.
Das Motz is one of the evil minds behind the Swingrebellion (www.swingrebellion.com). It is a hub for Electro Swing and all related things.

DJ band consisted of Sunshine Pedro and Odyssey Bill. Friends from our early childhood, 30 years of sharing, we became music buddies and have been playing music together ever since.
Came up with ~ Lovesick ~ within 2012. 

What is it?

A music marathon DJ live set, based on a real time remix - jamming and sampling - live set, using music instruments (guitar, bass,trumpet, harmonicas, vocals), percussion elements (cow bells, knock woods, dings and dongs), plus what we like to call “biblikia” (that is our custom sound gadget machinery).

How it's done? 

Well, the explanatory part is that we're dealing with a massive vinyl and digital music tank that gets broaden up - narrowed down to our favorite tracks. Those we finally choose to spin, will blend and twist along with loop effect sequencing and live music playing;  pre mix - jam - editing  is also involved when it comes to production and on live performance for as long as it takes for things to get Lovesick. The non explainable part is that it's a soul thing - a spiritual thing. One, one can only listen to.

What kind of music is it?

It's all different kinds of music. It depends from the time, the place, the feels, for what we'll finally end up to go up with. Lovesick is inspired from the love for the pure origins of music while aiming to the transcendental. To put it simple, it's under the "custom groove dance music" genre - that is our genre. There you go :p

Genetic Dysfunction was born from the meeting between St.Paul and David Scrufari in 1990. As for Jean-Loup Ribordy (keyboard) and Vicky Peters (vocals), they joined the live band in the psychedelic acid trance style a few months later. On December 31, 1995, the live band U.V.W. (new name of Genetic Dysfunction) was born within the Cyberpunk Movement and the founders left it in 1997.

In 2009, St.Paul returned to the helm of Genetic Dysfunction and was joined by Sick Spud from 2010 to 2015.

A real fusion between computers, analogical and digital instruments, Genetic Dysfunction offers an improvised show mixing downtempo, house, techno, acid and psychedelic goa trance sounds to deliver a real live experience. Original organic music that takes the audience on a real journey through the best of electronic music.

Two years of research have enabled St.Paul to achieve an assumed improvisation, a totally spontaneous creation, in short, immediacy erected as art.

An artistic exposure that inspires the dancefloor according to the alchemy born of the present moment. Here, there is no time to raise your arms because the set does not consist in pressing the "play" button, but in a real technical jam-session, engaging and powerful in communion with the audience.

Genetic Dysfunction est né de la rencontre entre St.Paul et David Scrufari en 1990. Deux ans de recherche ont permis à St.Paul d’atteindre une improvisation assumée, une création totalement spontanée, bref, l’immédiateté érigée en art.

Une mise à nue artistique qui inspire le dancefloor selon l’alchimie née de l’instant présent. Ici, pas le temps de lever les bras car le set ne consiste pas à appuyer sur le bouton « play », mais en une véritable jam-session technique, prenante et puissante en communion avec les auditeurs.

Luca Cucchetti inizia la sua carriera di dj nel 1982, affermandosi in locali romani quali Piper, Much More e Veleno, discoteca dove tiene a battesimo la carriera di Lorenzo Cherubini (Jovanotti). Nel 1983 emette i primi vagiti da conduttore a Radioroma,nel 1984 a Radio Stand By ha il suo spazio Dance in aperta concorrenza di orario col il Fratello Faber che conduceva un programma analogo su RDS. Qui con Filippo Clary instaurò una vera e propria AREA DANCE che fu il preludio al passaggio di testimone della radio alla sorellina Radio Music. Di seguito fa il direttore artistico a radio Jolly per poi fare il salto nei network nazionali come RDS e Radio DJ. Divoratore di house, techno e nuova elettronica in genere, è stato negli anni Novanta uno dei maggiori dj e organizzatori italiani di rave. Luca Cucchetti alias OMBRELLARO and BRESAOLAMAN...mitica voce di CENTROSUONORAVE 1990-1992 ed AUTORE DEL RECORDDI CONDUZIONE RADIOFONICA consecutiva ( 50 ore !) per la raccolta di fondi per un DJ malato di Cancro. Ha diretto locali come il Qube e lanciato la festa di culto «Mucca Assassina». Ha lavorato come speaker a Radio Centro Suono e mixato per i maggiori network italiani;regista per sette anni a Rai Radio 2; dj e organizzatore della manifestazione DJazz Set di Villa Celimontana (Roma). Ha remixato e prodotto «The House of God», disco di riferimento per le produzioni techno house di tutti i tempi. Ha prodotto artisti come Orlando Johnson, L.A. Style, Eric Daniel; formato gruppi quali Mad Dj's Band; avviato la carriera di Ice One. Il 6 giugno 2009 è uscito il suo primo cd "DA NESSUN DORMA A OH GOD IN MY ASS". Preceduto da un lancio in anteprima delle sue tracce, durante il periodo di Natale 2008, per il 2010 la nuova frontiera di Luca si chiama “ RADIOMAN ” questa è la sfida del futuro ! Infatti tornato alla direzione di una radio FM ( Qlub Radio ) e di una WEB ( <a href="http://www.radiodancemusic.com">www.radiodancemusic.com</a>) si pone come obbiettivo di conquistare più piattaforme multimediali possibili evolvendo come la Ns società, sempre piu tecnologica, ed è già previsto lo sbarco del “ Ciccione Volante in televisione nel DVBT digitale Terrestre , nella radio digitale DAB e nel Podcast : una volta il DJ al suo massimo splendore si accorgeva di essere avanti con gli anni e quindi inevitabilmente iniziava il suo canto del cigno ma... The group was born in January 2011 from the melting between Roberto Funaro, Mattia Bissolotti and Jack Delano's musical experiences, following a competition at which they all took part as solo DJs producers.
Immediately the feeling came out during JamSessions which involved the 3 DJs in amazing performances, in terms of sound technique and quality. Shortly after the 3 Djs decided to make the step into the recording studio, from where, after months, they pushed out some works which seemed to be a pure substitute for house music, influenced by the roots and the background of the Trio .... an explosive mixture came out, a music that can be defined in a reductive, despite the eclecticism of the Dj-Producers Band, …. nu Fusion.

Il feeling si crea sin da subito con jamsession che vedono i 3 dj's impegnati in performance esilaranti dal punto di vista della tecnica e della qualità sonora, di li a breve i 3 decidono di fare il passo verso lo studio di registrazione dove dopo mesi iniziano a sfornare i primi lavori che risultano essere un surrogato di pura house music con influenze dettate dalle radici e dal background dei 3....ne viene fuori una miscela esplosiva, una musica che potremmo definire in maniera riduttiva, vista comunque la trasversalità e la la malleabilità musicale della dj's Band Producer ...nu fusion.

Dès la fin des années 80 ,c’est à Niort d’où il est originaire que Bebz commence à partager sa culture musicale en se produisant tous les week-end en tant que discomobile .Vite remarqué par l’originalité de sa sélection Soul , Funk , Disco et Rock , il devient à l’âge de 21 ans , résident d’une des discothèques de la région niortaise. 
Il fait ses débuts comme DJ en 1997 à Paris, puis intègre en 2001 l’écurie Phat Beatz music shop (Disquaire Parisien), avec laquelle il va enchaîner les dates dans différents bars et clubs parisiens. Il part s’installer à Nantes quelques années plus tard, où sa rencontre avec un autre disquaire (Bubblebeat) le propulse sur le devant de la scène locale, mixant aux côtés de Mark Broom, Neil Landstrumm, Jeff K, Charles Shillings . 
En 2006 il s’installe à Nantes et lance le label Fatbeatcrooner records avec Antoine lanvers (musicien Nantais), et ils fondent le duo « EIGHTY BEAT CREW » 
Ils sortent le premier album (BOTTOM TO TOP), qui sortira courant 2008. 8 lives set dans la région Nantaise et 300 disques vendus. 
Aujourd'hui installé à la Rochelle il co produit des évènements et il travaille avec des artists de la région Ouest, il compose également ses propres morceaux sous le nom de Cleanmoog et Dj Bebz .
Il fonde également avec un ami de longue date Alber Paderski aka Fabien Ratelet l’association « I people », un collectif d’artistes Dj’s , Musiciens, Graphistes.
 il a partagé les platines avec Maayan Nidam, Marc Antona, Mlle Caro, Thomas Anderson, Matzak, Dj Squal, Electric Rescue, Jeff K, Lady Bird, Charles Shillings, Dj Rork, Mark Broom, Neil Landstrumm, Stel-R, Carl Graig, Russ Yallop. 
Il a déjà joué au Cabaret Sauvage, Rex Club, Batofar (Paris), Alter café, le Lieu Unique,  LC Club anciennement Wharehouse (Nantes) la sirène (La Rochelle), les Nuits Sonores (Lyon). 
Ses influences vont de la Deep House Minimal House en passant par la Teckhouse et la Deep Techno.
