JULIA SARR  is one of the most original vocal artist to emerge from West Africa. Njaboot is her third opus, she says that composing an album means revealing herself to the world , and it is always with as much singularity and elegance that Julia Sarr goes through life and pursues her quest for songs free from the anchors of tradition. 
This new album is simmered with the talented pianist and producer Fred Soul. Her sensitive and personal melodies remain filled with the Wolof source and arise with delicacy on it , moment of grace where Africa meets Jazz. 
With sounds of a sophisticated Fender Rhodes,  also the 
delicacy of Anthony Jambon and Guimba Kouyaté’s guitars, Guillaume Bongiraud’s cello and Robinson Khoury’s 
trombone , the fiery of the percussions of Stéphane Edouard and Mamané Thiam that embraces the roundness of Alune Wade’s bass.
The great Youssou N’Dour speaks words of eternity for his late friend Habib Faye in a tribute song ; in which Jean-Philippe Rykiel’s honors the inconsolable loss with his emotional synthesizer. Julia Sarr’s voice offers this intense breath of the griot’s soul with intimacy,  her songs remaining as veiled treasures « Yéné , Nobel Bi , Jaya ,Doynawar , Laamin...» a new tone with freedom and poetry.

Born near Paris, to a Cameroonian father and French Mother, Guillaume was introduced to music by the door of a Gospel choir. His musical tastes are influenced by such artists as Aretha Franklin, Bobby McFerrin and Take 6 and he has been developing his own style for over 10 years now and is pursuing a career as a vocalist/arranger/composer. He works actively as a studio musician and touring musician which has allowed him to work for various kinds of artists, on tour throughout the world, in studio record sessions and TV/ Radio shows. He has performed or recorded with such artists as Mark Ronson, Christophe Willem, Amel Bent, Yannick Noah, Horace Andy, MC Solaar, Jimmy Cliff, Craig David, Lionel Richie, Kool & The Gang, Manu Dibango, Marianne Faithfull, Jason Mraz, ​Youssou N'Dour and Véronique Sanson.

Né en région parisienne de père Camerounais et de mère française, Guillaume fut introduit à la musique par la voie du Gospel et entretient depuis une véritable passion pour le travail vocal et la polyphonie. Influencé par des artistes tels que Bobby Mc Ferrin, Take 6 ou Aretha Franklin, il développe depuis plus de 10 ans son propre univers musical. Parallèlement à son activité d’auteur/compositeur/interprète, il poursuit une carrière en tant que choriste et arrangeur, sur scène et en studio, ce qui lui a permis de travailler pour de nombreux artistes aux styles très variés. Il a ainsi accompagné en tournées à travers le monde, en séances d’enregistrement  et à la télévision de nombreux artistes parmi lesquels Mark Ronson, Christophe Willem, Amel Bent, Kool & the Gang, Youssou N'Dour, Horace Andy, Véronique Sanson, Jimmy Cliff, Craig David, Marian Faithfull, Lionel Ritchie, Michel Jonaz, et pour la 10e année maintenant, Yannick Noah.
Janvier 2013 marque la sortie de son premier album solo.
