My name is Yassin. Music creator with @od3tari. I am a music artist, producer, and storyteller — born of rhythm and resistance. I create hip-hop and pop not as a trend, but as a voice. A voice for the voiceless, a soundtrack for survival, and a bridge between people who may never meet but can still feel the same beat.

I am Palestinian. That means something deeper than a nationality. It’s a history, a pain, a pride, a culture, a resistance, and a story the world often tries to silence. But silence has never been our end. It’s only the beginning of our sound.

From the rubble and the olive trees, from refugee camps to the shores of Gaza, from the rooftops of Ramallah to the alleys of Jerusalem, the spirit of Palestine lives in my music. I do not make songs for the charts. I make songs to keep our story alive. Every track is a form of remembrance. Every lyric is a form of protest. Every melody is a call home.

I grew up hearing stories — not fairy tales, but the truth. Stories of villages erased from maps but never from memory. Of families torn apart by borders, but held together by love. Of a people who fight not only with stones or words but with dignity. These stories shaped me. They gave me purpose. They made me an artist who doesn’t just want to be heard — but felt.

Hip-hop gave me a language to speak back to power. Pop gave me a way to reach beyond boundaries. Together, they became the tools I use to tell my truth. I blend heavy beats with melodies that carry weight. I write verses that speak to pain, to struggle, to defiance — but also to joy, to beauty, to resilience.

My music is not just for Palestinians. It’s for anyone who knows what it feels like to be overlooked, misunderstood, or erased. It’s for those who carry the weight of generational trauma, and those who find strength in remembering where they come from. It’s for the youth who are tired of feeling powerless and want to fight back with art, culture, and love.

I want my listeners to know that every track I release is crafted with intention. From the lyrics to the production, nothing is random. Every line means something. Every sound is rooted in something real — a memory, a headline, a photograph, a conversation, a tear, a celebration.

You’ll hear anger in my music. You’ll hear sadness too. But you’ll also hear strength. You’ll hear hope. Because even when our homes are destroyed, even when our names are forgotten by the world, we rebuild through sound. Through music. Through creation.

Flamingosis (the name comes from a free- style Frisbee move that his father invented) is a New Jersey-based electronic music producer and beatboxer.
