Don't Believe Everything You Think

This is now the extended collaborative version B with Roberto B (@2roberto2) of my "Hoping for the Future", https://soundcloud.com/alexander-mihailov-96713983/hoping-for-the-future, a track in our almost completed album "Again and Again" (2025). My parts was composed spontaneously in GarageBand iOS in the late evening of 6 April 2025 and arranged, recorded and mixed in Logic Pro in the evening of 19 April 2025. The parts by Roberto B were composed in MAGIX on 27 April 2025, and he also did the final arrangement and mix on that date. Version A with the same title, https://soundcloud.com/alexander-mihailov-96713983/hoping-for-the-future-extended-collaborative-version-a-roberto-b-alex-m, was released here on 2 May 2025 , This version B was released on SoundCloud this Thursday afternoon (in Europe) of 28 August 2025.

Hoping for the Future (Extended Collaborative Version B) - Roberto B & Alex M

Finally, this is "Stay Strong (Extended Collaborative Version B)" that completes our joint album "Again and Again" (2025), containing extended collaborative versions from tracks in my own most recent album "Again" (2025). I composed my part, "Stay Strong", improvising on my Akai MPK mini keyboard connected to Logic Pro, outside in my garden in the warm evening of 12 July 2025, and arranged, recorded and mixed my track the same evening. Roberto B proposed this version B on 13 July 2025 (arranged and mixed by him in MAGIX) of what we also have as the suggested by me version A, published here earlier. The collaboration was released here on SoundCloud in the late evening (in Europe) on 11 September 2025. The whole album, Again and Again will be released in seconds here (in the reverse order of the tracks that have been appearing over the past year here on SoundCloud).

Patrice5 (https://soundcloud.com/patrice55) and I are happy to present our opening track in a new collaborative concept album in progress, "Altitude". Patrice5 composed, mixed and recorded his part on 22 September 2025 in MAGIX, and I composed, mixed and recorded my part, improvising on Akai MPK mini keyboard connected to Logic Pro, in the evening of 29 September 2025. That same late evening, I also combined our two parts, arranged, mixed and recorded this collaborative track, and we release it today here on SoundCloud, in the late morning (in Europe) of 30 September 2025.

We invite you to join us in flying at high musical altitude, in this opening composition as well as in the whole album (to follow appearing here in the next days and weeks). Our  guiding, spontaneous and shared, inspiration has been a modern update of classical music reinterpreted by various synthesisers mostly but with rich arrangement with other virtual instruments, rhythms and sounds, in effect blending electronic and ambient dominant chord progressions and melodies with contemporary elements and arrangements along the style of symphonic space music, progressive house, melodic techno, soundscape, chillout, dance floor, and sometimes even jazz fusion. We hope you'll enjoy this kind of genre specific to us both in our mutually exalting collaborations.

Inspired by the poem "The Peace of Wild Things" by the American poet Wendall Berry.

When despair for the world grows in me
and I wake in the night at the least sound
in fear of what my life and my children’s lives may be,

I come into the peace of wild things

Patrice5 (@patrice55) and I present track 5 in our collaborative album in progress, "Altitude". Patrice5 composed, mixed and recorded his part on 12 October 2025 in MAGIX, and I composed, mixed and recorded my part, improvising on Akai MPK mini keyboard connected to Logic Pro, on that same evening of 12 October 2025 and combined and recorded a first longer version of the collaborative track.
