Where Did You Come From? From the grimy depths of a talented man... A man who goes by Gall! This Suspense EP is one of pure beauty in it's glitchy exploration of new forms and detailed sounds... Sounds that marry in Togetherness to complete the spectrum and illuminate. 

This 3 Track Suspense EP is an Electronica / Tech House / Melodic Techno mini-album inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's movies, which are full of anxiety, anticipation and uncertainty. In the tracks you can hear dialogues from 'Psycho', 'Birds' and 'North by Northwest'. 

Private Traps is a strong and bold piece with underlying tones and it sets the scene for the rest... If I were to imagine an image, the cover would be it! 

It's a true representation of the type of works that Mind Field Records embraces and supports. No doubt the debut of many from an immersed artist. We hope that you enjoy this EP as much as us! 

The album was mastered on analog tapes and compressors with vintage and dark tonality.

Maicol MP was born in 1991 in the province of Treviso. During his childhood
he performed many activities in the field of music, including the study of the
piano and the Sound Technician. At age 16 he finally discovered the music in
which he recognized himself the most and, simultaneously, he began to hang
out at the Clubs: these facts make his musical passion always lead him to
improve and refine himself, expressing himself as an artist around in the
clubs, growing and evolving in this profession. His trips to Berlin and in the
capitals of Europe were fundamental and essential for his transition to the
genre and style that he still proposes and which distinguishes him. He has a
clear idea of what he wants to express, he knows well what must represent
and the continuous music selection: know being an innovator, so he is
always searching to bring new lymph.

Its been 30 years since acclaimed Danish Chill Out maestro Steen Thottrup launched his music career, releasing his first single as MIRO in 1991, which was also the year he moved to London and discovered Ibiza for the first time, which too would later become his home for many years. ‘1991’ celebrates Steen’s 30 successful years as an artist and pays homage to that year, offering a magical musical snapshot of Summer-of-love-esque nostalgia. Creating a slice of authentic Balearic Chill Out, Steen fuses a mix of easy break beats, Italo house, beautiful Spanish guitars and topped with Francesca Faggella’s vocal. When it comes to 'Sunset’ Chill Out music, Danish producer Steen Thottrup truly is one of the pioneers. Steen Thottrup’s career stretches from uptempo dance music, mainly as ‘MIRO’ through the 90’s and 00’s, before later turning his talents to crafting downtempo productions with huge success. Celebrating 30 years in the game, Steen is now considered one of the pioneers of the Chill Out genre, often reaching the No.1 spot on the Electronic iTunes charts in several countries. He became one of the most featured artists on the Cafe del Mar compilations and also several times on the Buddha Bar albums, amongst many other downtempo, lounge, chill out compilations. He has released 4 very successful albums to date including, 'Sunset People’, 'Filmatica', 'Balearic Bliss’, and ‘Diversities’ in Spring 2021. Steen’s music joins the dots between his signature sunset Chill Out sounds, downtempo Indietronica, meditative grooves and dramatic classical fusions. .
