Patterns of Perception resident @andreasmaan has been injecting a unique sense of drive and intensity into Patterns of Perception’s dance floors since the club night began almost two years ago.

Alongside his dance-floor oriented material, however, he has long cultivated a wide collection of arrhythmic recordings, ranging across a diverse spectrum of genres, from ambient, minimalist and musique concrete, to medieval chant.

In Patterns of Perception 29, Andreas Maan brings some of these aspects of his sound palate to the fore, weaving a path through the sparse textures and rich atmospherics that these disparate musical elements have to offer.

The Finnish artist Kasper G (Kasper Granroth) is a producer, singer/songwriter and DJ whose musical output is driven by a deep sense of rhythm and colour-whether performing solo or collaborating across genres. As the drummer and musical director for Finnish pop artist Alma, Granroth has toured globally from a young age, while steadily developing his own sound.

In 2017, he founded Lost Favourite Records, instantly drawing attention from Mixmag, DJ Mag, and other international tastemakers. A trusted collaborator for Grammy-winning acts, Granroth has also earned a Finnish Golden Record, a Best Estonian Rap Album award, and over 40 million streams on his productions. His work has been played by some of the world’s most influential DJs and heard across major global media and broadcast platforms.

Currently road-testing a new wave of original creations-with many featuring his own vocals-alongside remixes and collaborations, Kasper G continues to explore and evolve, wherever people are dancing. Beyond dancefloors and studios, Kasper’s values extend into community volunteering and supporting environmental organisations such as Greenpeace and EarthPercent.
