Dropkick stands for progressive psytrance, driving beats, music in flow, pure passion and stories packed into music.

He has embodied these attributes for 20 years now.
His musical journey began as a drummer.

The depth of electronic music affected me as a child influenced
by artists such as Jean Michele Jarre!

So it was probably fate that at some point he dedicated himself to his own production in the studio. Only under the synonym Akira-PSY-Project and later under the name Dropkick did the first releases come onto the market over the years, which were released on labels such as Yellow Sunshine Explosion Records or Mental Drop Records among others.

In between, he won, among other things, an official remix contest of a Mayday anthem by Westbam. his journey is just beginning.

At least that's how it feels to him.

There is only few places where i naturally feel at home.
Everytime im coming back to the Freigeist ground im overwelmed by the beauty and attention to detail. Being able to perform for you guys there was a dream come true! <3

Many of the songs i used come from south american and israeli artists. I don't really know what it is, but i'm in love with their unique progressive psytrance. I literally spend hours searching for the right tracks. I hope you will enjoy it as much as i do ;)

𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟𝗘 is a 25-year-old DJ from Dortmund, Germany. His love for rave music began in 2017, and he attended his first rave in Hamburg in 2018.

After experimenting with mixing early on, he truly found his footing behind the decks in 2022.

PAULE's sets are known for their melodic, driving atmosphere. While he specializes in Psytrance, his musical range spans from downtempo to hard techno. Every set is a unique journey through emotions and soundscapes—crafted to move both body and mind.
