Jones&Roth love to cook both in the kitchen and the studio, and with The Menu, they ser-
ve a full evening’s experience. It begins, as many great evenings do, with a quiet reunion.
„Lange nicht gesehn“. A glance across the table, a shared memory, a familiar warmth. The
conversation flows, playful and hungry – Fish and Chips, I Wanna Eat.

As the evening unfolds, the flavors deepen. Curry brings heat, Biang Biang adds texture,
and Garnelen für Zwei speaks of closeness, shared bites, and unspoken things. There’s
spice in the air, maybe even Shakshuka bubbling gently in the background. Somewhere,
Alberto from Pipaso tells a story – his Verdegang winding through herbs, gardens, and
time. Later, the mood shifts.

Jungle vibes - Sick Pad Thai lands on the table with bold confidence, while Halloumi of-
fers dubby comfort in contrast. A Ketks between sips, sweet and unexpected serving the
trippy contribution to the night. Then instrumental trap infused Dessert Fendi to finish
and to put you into your dreams.

Finally, a last surprise: a remix of Curry, reimagined like a digestif, lingering on the palate
and in the mind by fellow cooking friend Julian Bainbridge. A carefully curated evening of
house and heart, playful details and polished taste.

Nuremberg’s Agy3na is up next in the Podcast roster with a call to explore his singular and nostalgic beats. The German selector got his break on his city’s dancefloors, and added experience as curator and organiser for a number of parties as part of a local promoter collective. Alongside his nighttime ventures, the fledgling talent has also been hard at work pursuing parallel studies in psychology and cognitive science, adding another layer to a varied set of inputs that has made his contributions to music all the more distinctive. There’s another layer too, his experience of blackness in Germany has brought him in contact with the world of Afrofuturism and the promise it brings, soundtracked now by a developing voice that packs a punch with its playful take on electro, house and 90s club culture. It’s music for the future, an aesthetic that plays with melody, percussion and fine-tuned technique to offer up a fresh take on old genres. In his new stomping ground of Leipzig, Dennis Höpfel blends music with research work and is sure to give the city something new and much needed. From set to set his thrashing rhythms have shown a sensitivity and awareness that’s deeply personal, a way of connecting with the world around him and giving something back. His sonic universe blends hypnotic techno, industrial textures, hardgroove energy, and ambient sounds, with a strong focus on sound design and textured rhythms. Active for nearly 15 years, he draws inspiration from labels such as Hayes, Ilian Tape, and Mutual Rytm. He also produces under the alias JS.TRICKS and forms one half of the duo Crime Partners.
With releases on respected imprints like Skryptöm, PRX Records, PRTL WRX, DifferentSounds, and Inphase, Kamen continues to shape a distinctive musical identity.
