This is the scene where Sonic and Tempest, having already set foot in Scrap Brain Zone, start taking on a horde of robots, and also where Tempest gets captured by Omelette Robotnik.

A lot of inspiration for this track came from various fighting games I've played. Every one that has a club scene, where the music gets very wild as soon as the fight actually starts. You could consider this aligned battle music, do to the fact that there was a softer and more dramatic feel at the end of the scene. It had been a while since I had played around with snare drums in the way that I did. I almost forgot just how intense they can make a song when the timing is right.

I hope you all enjoy the track, and I hope you all enjoy Episode 4 of Sonic Legacy!

Super Sonic fan, freelance audio technician, and former independent professional wrestler. Hi. I’m Paul Basila, but those who know me call me Pauly B. I’m just a guy chasing dreams, one of them being to one day write music for SEGA and Sonic Team. I started writing and posting music online publicly since 2006 on Newgrounds, where I continue to this day. Those of you who would have heard of me back then would probably recall the name Paul Stetich. I became a well-known Sonic remix artist by the end of the decade. Unfortunately, in 2010, technical and financial difficulties forced me on a hiatus that lasted SIX YEARS, during which time I would make the official name change in 2013 due to complications of not using my real name versus reality, Stetich being used to honor my mother’s memory, may she rest in peace. The name Pauly B was chosen for a few reasons, one main one being that it’s more realistic, and because my wrestling character is basically a frat boy from the mountains. I made my return to music in the summer of 2016 and have been continuing to remix and produce music to this day. My goals are to expand and reach as much of the Sonic community as I can, as well as achieve the dream. I’m not the kind of guy to give up either. But it's all about the journey, and the friendships I make along the way. So, here’s to the future. Cheers!
