廃盤となっていた90年代の名作が名門〈Tresor〉とマスタリングの名手Matt Coltonの手によって３枚組ボックスセットでリマスター再発！インダストリアル、レイヴ、ミニマルの3拍子！テクノの神髄が詰め込まれたアーカイヴ〜入門編としても貴重なボックスセット！強靭なグルーヴで疾走する絶頂のテクノ・アンセム！祭り！！

本作はSurgeonが1997年から1999年にかけて同レーベルから発表した3つのアルバム、『Basictonalvocabulary』、『Balance』、『Force + Form』をパッケージングしたボックス・セット3枚組。最近では各アルバムに収録されているトラックのリメイク・バーションが12”でリリースや初期作の再発、2011年の最新アルバム『Breaking The Frame』以降もシングルやAnthony Childの名義では実験的なドローン作品をUSの〈NNA Tapes〉より発表、インダストリアル〜90年代のクラブ・ミュージックのリヴァイヴァルの波を受け再び大きな注目を集め、テクノ界のレジェンドとして現在も君臨している。
