Ntogn is a good and helpful friend from Sweden who has helped Monument booking artist for  podcasts and helped spreading the word of Techno!

Since the beginning we have always found his music style interesting, and trying to set a genre is not easy. Lately we have been hearing music ranging from deep and spiritual stuff, to magical space techno. And you all know that we love that shit!

Primal Code is the collaboration of two producers from Milano, Gabriele and Davide. Their sound search is characterized by natural soundscape recordings, hypnotic grooves and nostalgic atmospheres. Their first official release inaugurated a new Hypnus Records Series, titled Serum out on 4th November (hypnus.bandcamp.com/album/eteru). In this podcast you will find some of the tracks that have influenced their creative process and sound identity, ranging from movies soundtrack, to records of deep-techno scene they love.

We met him at a party. And after talking for a while, it became clear we shared the same vision on music. We figured Jurre would be a great addition.

Berliner Sebo K has put out nothing but quality records since his production debut in 2002, establishing a solid reputation for high standard house music. However, recent years have seen Sebo demonstrate just how versatile he can be as an artist, releasing on Bass Culture, helming his respected Scenario label, not to mention his acclaimed ‘Patience’ LP which dropped on Rekids in 2017. Returning to Radio Slave’s imprint, ‘Stories We Tell Ourselves’ EP is another breath of fresh air from the imaginative artist, returning to a label roster spanning artists like  Nocow, Swayzak, P.Leone, Tripeo, and more.

‘Nebula’ suitably reflects the given name, offering an otherworldly experience integrating elevating polyphonic swirls and floating electro hallmarks before the beatless ‘Sous Les Étoiles’ generates an uplifting atmosphere through deep melodies and delicate textures. ‘Stories We Tell Ourselves’ displays powerfully, emotive arpeggios layered over delightfully, stripped back breaks, leading into ‘Pink Moon’ which maintains the euphoric ambience as ethereal keys, angelic sound design and galvanising vocals operate throughout.

E gli alberi, le loro foglie: iniziano a muoversi. Impercettibilmente, naturalmente, movimento. La musica che avvolge, una culla di note nel nostro bosco.
In origine, fu Hålbë. Le membra, come i rami, si fan spazio. I piedi, scalzi, sono il terreno che calpestano. Il Komorebi, ebbe cosí inizio. La magia, inizia a prendere vita.

The sounds that from the still damp ground of sweet awakening and dew take shape, sinuous, light. So light that from the earth to the sky is a moment. And the trees, their leaves: they start moving. Imperceptibly, of course, movement. The music that envelops, a cradle of notes in our forest.
Originally, it was Hålbë. The limbs, like the branches, become space. The bare feet are the ground they trample. The Komorebi, thus began. The magic begins to come to life.

Lentamente la mattina scivolava impercettibile nelle prime ore del pomeriggio quando il cielo tronfio di sfumature grigie e bluastre minacciava tempesta, arrocato sulle creste di alberi più scuri del solito, al Komorebi Music Festival. Eppure l'aria iniziava a trasudare un'energia diversa: suoni plumbei ed elettronici, vibrazioni mistiche, un ipnotico live set quello con cui i Primal Code ci permisero di salpare verso lande straniere, diverse, trasformando il tempo e lo spazio col potere del loro suono e proiettandoci verso un'ora di viaggio...molto più che un viaggio.
Oggi, come allora, buon ascolto.

The bleary morning was drifting slowly into the afternoon. The sky, loaded with grey and blueish colours, laid in wait above the darker than usual tree tops, threatening to unleash a storm on the Komorebi Music Festival.
Nonetheless the air was starting to perspire a different energy: gloomy and electronic sounds, mystic vibes. A hypnotic live set by Primal Code let us to set sail towards foreign and diverse lands. Thanks to the power of their sound time and space were transformed. We were launched on a one-hour journey…more than a journey.
Today, as at Komorebi, enjoy the music.

Founder of Lowless Records and Hadal Resonance, Sophian is one of the emerging actors in the French Deep Techno scene.

His curation on his projects offered him a residency at one of the main electronic clubs in Lille - Le Baron - where he had the opportunity to develop his style and skills through several all night long sessions. 
He also had the opportunity to share the decks with some great artists such as Roman Poncet.

His style is a mix between Groove and Hypnosis playing with deep atmospheres and sharp synths.

As a producer he has released deep house and ambient with is ex alias Kobarey, and decided in 2019 to use his real name as an artist.

Lowless Records 와  Hadal Resonance 의 창시자인 Sophian 은 프랑스 딥 테크노 씬에서 성장하며 활발하게 활동하고 있다.

그의 프로젝트에 대한 큐레이션은 Lille 의 주요 전자 클럽 중 하나인 Le Baron 에서 그에게 레지던트를 제의받는다. 그곳에서 그는 몇 번의 올 나잇 롱 세션을 통해 스타일과 테크닉을 개발할 기회를 얻었다.
그는 또한 Roman Poncet 과 같은 위대한 예술가들과 함께 Deck 에서 플레이할 기회를 가졌다.

Releases after releases, Lowless has established a name in the deep techno scene. Promoting a hypnotic and atmospheric techno, dub infused : the label is getting more and more attention all around he world and is receiving a lot of support from the media like OrbMag or Monument.
Releasing Digital and Vinyl, the Parisian crew made the choice to give a chance to some promising artists who share value and identity : Atomic Moog, Dycide, MTRL, Daniel[i] or OWL to name some.

Oslated Mix Episode 178 - Sophian P

Hey people, here's a new episode in the journey. Today, let's welcome the talented Atis, from Belgium.

Still early in the journey of being a musician, Atis found a home with the Belgian Form And Function label. More pulled towards the deeper spectrum of electronic music, influence comes from nature, mysticism and science resulting in experimental electronic music in the likes of techno, dub, ambient and breaks.

This mix was made with the intention of being soft, warm and dark, this podcast is meant to be a guide into the exploration of the dreamy areas of electronics, aimed at the uncharted zones and the stretched landscapes of winter coldness. This superb selection is the first collaboration between Atis and Stellar Transitions, so stay tuned for the following step. ;-)

About the picture, it's a still frame from a clip made by Akatak, a Dutch visual studio for which Atis did the sound design. The animation itself was done by Mats Logen.
