I like the idea for the track but the mix is quite wrong

I love this cover! The vinyl crackle fits really well. Very good start!

Very nice LoFi melancholy without sounding really sad. The really successful cover emphasizes this very well. I think the Pathfinder will have found his way in the end. Maybe you'll tell us where his journey has taken him on the next song ;)

The keys part I could see would work great with a vocoder.

May be the mix needs a little work. OSC does not dictate by rule to not use mixing/mastering effects. You can shape instruments with EQs and compressors.

This is a real gem of a track, without repeating the other comments, I'll say it just needs some polish to really shine!.

This quiet part is very effective -- could do without the little percussive stuff going on in the bkgd I feel.

I agree with the comments about mixing -- also seems heavy to me in the lower-mid -- and the bass sticks out to the detriment of the other parts which I would enjoy more if they were balanced better.  Nice piece though.

El Folgoso (OSC 185)

This is my entry "Spring Awakening" for the 188th edition of the KVR One Synth Challenge. All sounds were generated using the Six-Traq plugin with a mix of free and included effects in Ableton Live 11.
