Prague based FM Label connects music, fashion and design. Established in 2020 by Milan Fatrla, label joins the flourishing scene of Prague with a vision of a music, in which the new revisits the old. A vision where strongly-rooted love for hip-hop merges with passion for everything electronic and danceable, to offer records where these two genres meet and reconnect. With its modular attitude, FM Label plays with norms of record sleeve design and fashion. In its first phase the label will put out three trilogies, each trilogy in a different package developed with local designers and artists.

The first release sees an exciting mix of Germany's Rat Life Records head honcho Credit 00, and LA’s Eight-Oh-Eight monarch Egyptian Lover. Super Scratch EP comes in a special cardboard sleeve which can be reshaped into a vinyl display holder.

BRIEF: Taking cues from balearic, old-school hip-hop, breaks and cosmic, this 5-track EP conjures up a nostalgia-fueled hypothetical mutation of eclectic early influences from Pal Joey, Sade, Ace Of Base and Bone Thugs n Harmony to Lil Louis, Baldelli, Weatherall and N.W.A.. Reports from sources already familiar with the material claim "..it sounds exactly like today-Telepohones, just minus 20 BPM, plus skateboard-mushroom-hairdue (think Louie Barletta) and baggy Droors".
