This is my cover of Richard Saslow's Ragpickin' from the Art of Ragtime Guitar, a limited publication containing several ragtime compositions.

The guitar in this recording is a Woolson Soundcraft LG. It was recorded in my bedroom (me sitting on the corner of the bed) with a pair of Peluso CEMC6 microphones hooked up to a Zoom H4 mini-recorder. I tried to position myself and the mics somewhat strategically in order to avoid too much negative room noise.

The Peluso P-24 Stereo Tube Ribbon Microphone. Steve Stout performed and recorded 'Dreams' using the Peluso P-24. This is a dry stereo track from the acoustic guitar. The mic was used with both capsules in Cardioid in a 90 degree X-Y configuration.  This is downloadable for your evaluation in your own signal chain
