VENT is guided by Bana Haffar into ethereal vistas open for interpretation. Endless suggestions are offered, each fractaling into sparks of insight leading in turn to more suggestions. Bana’s compositions display layer after layer of colourful enigmatic veils, hinting at an inner core of darkness whilst remaining playful and intuitive. Her ideas expand over the length of this LP, and beyond that, further into our minds and bodies with the reverberations of her sounds.
