Schodt has been one of the leading musicians on Silk since the label's inception, so we were especially thrilled to present his debut artist album ("Darkness | Light") on Silk Royal last year. One of our favorite tracks on the release was "The Difference In You", which we presented as a bonus track on the iTunes edition. Two internationally acclaimed veterans in our niche, Robert Nickson (a.k.a. RNX) and Blugazer, now offer their visionary interpretations.

A true legend in our industry, thanks to many classic works over the past decade prominently featured on "A State of Trance", Robert Nickson is a proud addition to the roster of our parent label. His remix jets out of the gate with a hypnotic arpeggio, adrenalin-fueled rhythm section, and stormy bassline. Of course, soon to follow is the exhilarating vocal stab sequence from the original mix, as well as a euphoric chord progression. In the main break, Robert adds a few brilliant touches: celestial pads and a heavenly new lead.

Blugazer, another tremendous talent who has dazzled trance & progressive audiences for a few years now, offers an inspiring rework of the original, replete with numerous melodic and vocal variations. A chunky groove and a few gorgeous vocal stabs punctuate the introduction, with the memorable main themes not far behind. Yet, the main break is undoubtedly the highlight of this one, as a gentle breakbeat lays the foundation for a breathtaking emotional climax. The combination of the new piano lead and vocal elements is deeply moving and truly unforgettable.

It is always a special occasion to have Martin Graff with us on PHW, as for all of you who know our history, might remember that Marcin (as his real name is) was the producer that released our first ever release on PHW, and also been the producer that been with us the most times. He is well over double figures with us through endless originals and remixes on our roster and it still a true pleasure working with him and his strive to always be better & reach further with his music.

Today he delivers another 2 original tracks on our label, and for these 2 he’s been collaborating, with what could be one of the most sought vocalists out there, Russia and Krasnodar female artist Eva Kade. With a long string of releases over the years, where she showcase each and every time what a fantastic vocalist she is, we of course where truly happy to see them both team up and join our team at PHW.

“Destiny” as the first out of the 2 productions is called, is a warm and melody driven production, where Martin graff showcase his artillery of musical skills, and that together with Eva on the vocals bring out the very best of them both, it’s nothing less than a stunning production. 


“You Hold Me Right Here” is the next contribution to the release, and it’s is going in a similar direction, with Martin building great melodic arrangements up, and complement that, Eva Kade does brilliant once again with her wonderful vocals. We truly hope you want to support these wonderful productions from the 2. Expect a lot more from them, not to far away from now.

From enticing techno vibes that'll have the room hooked onto the rhythmic sounds to innovative, soothing melodic progressive house, which is exactly what he is bringing to Perplexity Music with this sensational release. 

There's something about the darkness of the world that pulls us all into a state of wonder, fascination & calmness. Something about not being able to see exactly what lies ahead & that is exactly the kind of presentiment of this elaborate production titled "Parallels" brings. Right from the moment this spectacular original starts, it draws you in with the pulsing thuds of the percussions wrapped around a strong, crisp bass that cuts through the air effortlessly, almost like a warning for whatever the listener is contemplating at that moment. As the production builds, the stark, emotion inducing melodic line starts to form around and the effect of that is sheer breathlessness at how stunning it sounds. Completing such a variety filled package, he practically strips down the original to create this marvelous, relaxed remix that has an attractive way of building up the tension with the slow rising introduction of each sound. From the minimal percussions, to the steady but light bass, the prominent synth sounds that he is renowned for make an appearance in the form of delicate yet melodic lines. This lovely production is definitely vibrant, punchy & leaves a reeling effect of being surrounded by angelic movements, all depicted in such a way that you cant help but want more.
