Ep. 1 (6.10.23) - Passion Ibiza Radio

The Black Light Disco Show festoons the My House Radio airwaves with donking, fonking protoplasm - seeping out of your speakers and causing a slip hazard.  

This week, Pookie Knights enter the BLD Towers Ball Room for their pre-summer warm up and this week they’ve only gone and brought a special guest with them! 

The lads have smuggled Ben-Banjo Field into the BLD Ball Room in a purpose build suitcase to get him past the ever vigilant Towers Security. Ben is a friend of the show and is also the head honcho at The Discography Lessons - a record label aimed at raising money for mental health causes through the power of music. First up our beloved Cole Cutz kicked things off. Cole is an established DJ & radio host from Waterford Ireand. Cole is versatile & creative & brings the vibe to any occasion. Cole is an integral part of the Disco Waltons, just a wonderful person & we love him to bits. Excited to see what he has in store for us.

In hour two, we had dear friend of the Disco Waltons, Paul Curran. Paul has been a DJ since 1997 when he bought his first set of technics. He then had guest spots at the likes of the red rooms Derry, the Dome bundoran, the zone Buncrana and was a  resident at tir Connel House disco bar with fellow Disco Walton Doc 75. He has always loved house music especially piano house and funky house, and he duly delivered a superb guest mix 👌

Ep110 - Cole Kutz and Paul Curran - Disco Waltons Sunday Service (23 June 2023)

London-based DJ and producer Pete Ellison has been spinning music for 25 years and has a passion for funk and disco, blending sounds of the 70s with house beats, vocal samples and chunky basslines.

He broadcasts a weekly show on NDC Radio called the "Feel Good Friday Show", with a special guest each week from the Nu-Disco world. The show won the award of "Best Radio Show" at the OGV Music Awards in 2022. 

He's had releases on Super Spicy Records, Discoholics Anonymous, Mango Sounds, Spa In Disco and Hot Digits. Two of his tracks have hit the Number 1 spot on Juno Download.  

He runs a London DJ collective called Serendipity who throw underground events and boat parties. He has played at dozens of London clubs,  and has played at festivals, boat parties, woodland raves, Ibiza pool parties and even the dungeon of a French chateau. Long DJ sets are a speciality, with his longest ever DJ performance being an epic 8-hour set.


Pete is also part of The Disco Waltons, a group of International DJs and Disco Lovers who came together during lockdown through their love of music. They host a Sunday night show on NDC Radio, playing on rotation with special guests

As well as Funk, Soul and Disco, he plays Melodic Techno, House and Progressive House
