SIGILLUM S, 
have been covering unknown territories among extreme electronics, fringe acoustics and occultist noise since 1985, with an original line up of Eraldo Bernocchi, Paolo “NG5361” Bandera and Luca Di Giorgio having now evolved to the current formation, where Eraldo and Paolo have been joined by Bruno Dorella, with Petulia Mattioli taking care of visuals, while through history many other friends and collaborators have participated at different level.
SIGILLUM S have been continuously developing their own special brand of post-industrial audio investigations of many different natures, where theories have led the effort and employed sound as a tool for the mapping of the neglected areas of the subconscious.
The result has been an endless paradigm of decadent electronic mutations, merging concrete gust research with acoustic transmigration, while visuals and many other forms of channels have been also adopted, in order to achieve maximum interaction intensity.
It’s a glowing blend of magical anomalies, radical knowledge and esoteric carnality, crawling and expanding through what tens of releases and extensive live performances through man
The current configuration of SIGILLUM S merges all the layers of their post-industrial past (…from blackened ritual drones to glowing sequence explorations…from controversial body mutation to full blast assaults….) into the most recent recordings: taking inspiration from the fractal soundscapes of 2017’s “23/20” and 2013’s “GLAMOUR & DECADENCE ACROSS GALAXIES” in  2013, ranging then through the 2016’s 30^ anniversary “NON SERVIAM” Trilogy, the new 2018 album, “THE IRRESISTIBLE ART OF SPACE COLONIZATION…”, sees the trio line up of Eraldo, Paolo & Bruno scratching all sort of alien conceptualizations and defining an ever changing continuum of post-noise beats and sudden shift in experimental atmospheres. 
Beyond every limit, they inflate their obsession for psycho-geographic themes into a morbid collection of unprecedented novelties and forgotten sound archaeologies, exploiting at best also the unique power of Petulia Mattioli’ s devastating art works.
In a vortex of decayed sensuality and apocalyptic references, perceptions crumble and demons explode, dropping knowledge outside of every comfort zone…. embrace the intoxicating scent of their iridescent silence dust.

To write this composition I was inspired by the sounds of nature, in particular the storm with the roar of strange and powerful rhythms, where water is the most frequent, most varied and richest noise.
In the structure I wanted to emphasize the multiple sensations that arise from the storm, following its rhythm and its intensity, counting moments of full sound with moments of emptiness. The composition develops in two arches.
In the first, the Thunder, a mysterious rumble that comes from far away, like a threat. His rumbles are dispersed, just weakened, a new burst takes them back and renews them. Accompanied by the sound of the rain, which creates a wonderful variety of rhythms and metal tones of the roofs and gutters and the monotonous one of the earth, with a rhythm that is only the rhythm of the rain, but which has all the crescendo and diminishing intensity for increasing and decreasing the amount of water that falls. When the rain falls with sparse drops, the general tone is low, but when it falls a lot of the general tone of the noise of the rain is much more acute.
In the second part the articulation is similar to the temporal, but instead of the naturalistic datum there is the abstract datum, in an imitative sense, to avoid monotony. In this part I tried to reproduce the variety of timbres using acoustic instruments.
