Playing around with my new Juno 106, all notes and melodies (except for the 2 chords) are coming from Metroposeq, a Max For Live device i created recently.

So, here is that Detroit-esque techno track I promised. Built entirely from the TR-707 and my Blofeld. I've got a video going up sometime soon as well on how I did it, nothing too fancy. Did this all while I was away at the cabin. I quite like this one to be honest. Lots of bass.

The whole thing was also done without sequencing the drums in DAW, which was a nice step up for me. Most times it's easier to just MIDI control the machine, but this makes it way less of a hassle to sync the drums to the bass in FL Studio. Good shit.

Music for Space Cowboys

Demonstration of V/Oct CV into Spacing CV of the Cwejman MMF1 (in dual BP mode)

MC202 and Acidlab Bassline 2 are used for sequencing

A142-4 is used to gate the uVCA

A175 is used for voltage inversion

Acidlab CV goes to A175, inverted CV to MMF1 Spacing; Acidlab gate to A142-4

MC202 CV goes to MMF1 freq CV

Simple delay in ableton has been used to be able to better hear occasional dissonances

2-Op FM on a VCO-2RM, Op 2 synced to Op 1.  Op 2 out to MMF-1.  Inverted Op 2 half-wave rectified into MMF-1 q-peak.  MMF-1 set to almost self-oscillation.  The inverted half-wave rectified signal causes the resonant peaks to only be applied at half-cycle.

Sequenced on a Modcan Touch Sequencer.
