Why do I love this chat between us so much? Honestly, Trex is just super chill. The more we spoke, the more I could really just feel the human element of our conversation. He's just a regular person, like all of us. What really shines through with him, which resonates with me super strongly... is how much this guy loves the music and how much Drum and Bass really has been THE THING in his life. As well as his family and raising his children.

Trust Audio, his view on remix's, his musical relationship with T>I, Patreon, keeping focused, being grateful... we go through it all in such a calm and casual tone. His mindset and his approach combined with a very evident love of the music and a huge respect for the long grind and getting the timing right... inspiring to be honest! (Not to mention its something we can all learn from as well!

Patrick ‘Dapreme’ is a drum & bass producer and DJ hailing from Innsbruck, Austria, who has quickly made a name for himself in the underground scene. His signature sound blends heavy, cutting-edge beats with deeply emotive themes, making it tough to pin him to just one subgenre. Wilkz is a drum and bass dj and budding producer based in Oxford. Currently a resident artist at Phase Records DNB, his style and tastes follow the imprint of the label he is part of. His sound is dark, techy and gritty. 

Having gained respect as a talented and unique DJ, he is now focused on learning production and is looking forward to eventually being able to add his own personal dubs to his sets and mixes.
