Yeah I like this as it sounds fresh & different which I like! The female Rapper has a distinctive tone & raps clear for us to understand! Music production is spot on; like the piano arrangement, harp plucking & build up of instruments throughout the song! Good good!

This track is mixed well some parts of the vocals dip out into the background track sometimes and i lose what shes saying. however great flow good track i like the piano/bells sound makes it very grovvy with that guitar sound. well done!

‘Mind, Body & Phlow’ is the impressive, jaw-dropping new EP from gifted Lagos, Nigeria-based artist Phlow, who made waves last fall with the project's supremely ill lead single, "Reputation."

While that neck-snapper of a track showcased that Phlow could straight spit, she reveals other sides of her artistry across the seven tracks on here. She shows off her ability to write a love-centric tune on the melodic "Reminder" with singer Gogo, lets her hair down for the bouncy, Maka-featured "Looking at Nobody," and deftly blends hip-hop and soul with Maka once again on "The Final One."

Phlow's still ripping apart beats, though, and that's evident on the aforementioned "Reputation" and brand-new cut "Bank It." Armed with a "99 Problems"-sampling hook and slapper of an instrumental, she lets loose for a minute of pure rhyming. And it's only right that she brings it all home with a remix of "Reputation," which flips the bangin' original into a laid-back reggae jam.

A moody influx of emotions comes to the time of seasonal depression and relationships on the other side of happiness. Kosha Dillz opens up about life issues and shows a more serious side with Alvarez kings from Sheffield, UK on the hook.  The song was inspired by the "other side of sadness" by AK, and the two groups met on tour in 2015 via the Vans Warped Tour. After living together for two months and seeing each other play 40+ times, the collaboration on emotional healing was inevitable.

Lagos based soul singer Maka is back in the forefront with her first single for the year entitled “Precious Stone”. The record is a passionate tribute to all mothers who regardless of the challenges they face still pull through to give their children the life they richly deserve. Inspired by Maka’s own mother whose name Ojiugo means Precious Stone in the Igbo language. Over a reflective horn-driven backdrop, Maka delivers a rousing performance that starts off mellow and rises to a crescendo as she reaches deep into her emotions. She talks about her childhood in a single parent home (she lost her dad at a very young age), the ups and downs but most importantly how her mother has continued to support her dream regardless of all the challenges they face.

Phlow is a Lagos,Nigeria based emcee who started penning rhymes as an outlet of expression. 
 After obtaining a degree in computer-science Phlow moved back to Lagos and by happen-stance met Str8buttah founder/producer Teck-Zilla at a show via a mutual friend. Both then developed a mutual working chemistry which led to the recording of her debut EP.
   Presently she has 2 EPs to her credit, “Mind,Body & Phlow” and “Asuai: A Mini EP”, a handful of singles “Phlowetic Justice”, “Love It or Not” and was featured on top music sites such as TheSource.com, HipHopDX, 2Dopeboyz,Egotripland, Elle magazine(France) amongst others.
  She is currently preparing a new wave of songs while working with different producers from around the globe as she positions herself to be a force to be reckoned with in Hip-Hop at home and abroad.
