Die Musik begleitet Chris aka nahTONerlebnis schon sein ganzes Leben, da war immer dieser Gedanke oder  Wunsch selbst auf der Bühne zu stehen und das Publikum mit der eigenen Musik zu begeistern aber erst 2021 traut er sich mit seinem ersten auspruduzierten Track an die Öffentlichkeit. Seine Musik ist schwer in ein Genre zu stecken. Künstler wie Gayle San , DJ Pierre ( Stammheim ) und später Massive Attack oder Lorn sowie die Genres Minimal Techno, Triphop, Dubsteb, Glitchhop und LoFi haben starken Einfluss auf seine Musik. Seit 2022 jamt er viel in seinem kleinen Homestudio und entdeckte dadurch schnell die Leidenschaft live Musik zu machen. Als Schüler / Student von Altmeister Robert Babicz feilt er ständig an seinen Skills. Hier kreuzte sein Weg sich auch mit Mathias Teichmann Labelchef und Mitbegründer von City of Drums.
 Dort erschien auch sein erstes Release "The Ride Place".


Music has always been an important part throughout Chris’s life. Even in his childhood he was a music intusiast and would DJ during his time at school at lunch breaks and after school events or any chance he would get. Music also helped Chris by comforting him during rough times. Even his two sons are inspired by his lifelong passion in music. Maybe someday we’ll see both of them next to him on stage.


Forced to stay at home due to a worldwide pandemic Chris has been creating his own style in his home for a couple of years now. This rekindled his childhood dream to be on stage and perform in front of a live audience with his own tracks. Artists like Gayle San , DJ Pierre ( Stammheim ), Massive Attack and Lorn, as well as genres like Minimal Techno, Triphop, Dubsteb, Glitchhop and LoFi have a very strong influence on his music. Due to struggles in his personal life it was not until 2021 when he published his first track under his alter ego „nahTONerlebnis“ on SoundCloud. After some good reviews to his music, Chris also has been discovered by Robert Babicz.

Babicz has been a mentor for Chris since and has helped him to fine tune his skills and creations. In Robert´s community he also met Mathias Teichmann, label owner founder of “City of Drums”, who believes in Chris and signed a contract with him. His first release is already being published with more to follow.

I'm from Berlin, influenced by the vibrant scene of the 90s and the legendary Tresor Club. This time had a decisive influence on me and made me the artist I am today. My love for music is multi-layered and I deeply enjoy sharing this passion with others. My sets reflect a wide range of musical influences, and I always aim to take the audience on a unique musical journey inspired by the diverse sounds.

Mickie Jones is a Belgian DJ/producer with Polish roots who likes to spin & make different Electronic music styles. Once he starts a new record, you never know where it will end up....

It was hard to choose between techno and the more groovy/melodic aspects our electronic music industry has to offer these days. 
So he decided to make records without knowing in advance where the journey would go or what sound it would become. 

In this way, Mickie Jones wants to break with the usual norms, so you can find his identity in every record.

Everything you hear is self-made, every kick, percussion or synth is unique and self-designed. Music should come from the heart and not from the perspective that it should be today's sound.
