LVRIN

Shaped by backgrounds in punk rock and electronic music, the distinctive sound of the Paris duo Leroy Se Meurt, is abrasive, rash and hypnotic. In the future they will apear on the next Italo Moderni V/A Modernation Vol. 4 and Soil Records. The announcement of an album that they are working on since 2021 will be also on the light during this year. The next two months they will be playing in France, Switzerland, Spain and Belgium. In the following recording enjoy them leading us to a music trip blending EBM and punk stuff that they like, reflecting their style.

Vinilette is an electronic music artist with a past in radio, broadcasting, writing for music magazines and curation in her hometown of Barcelona and Berlin. After concentrating on numerous styles her mission became to combine different influences - coming from the electronics of the 80’s and 90’s - in DJing and production, with a taste for the raw, obscure and old school sounds. Her obsession with the unknown, searchs to challenge the listener and herself rather than fulfill expectations.
Vinilette has released EP's, compilations, remixes and edits on labels like In The Dark Again, Frigio Records, Italo Moderni, Maxima Culpa, Monika Enterprise & Fill-Lex records.
In this recording she introduces forthcoming releases on Frigio Records, Italo Moderni, M.U.S.A, Banshees Records, Sons of Traders x Mutant Radio, her own edits and many more...

Active in various scenes since the 90’s, from days as a grafitti artist, to the emergence of techno in Europe and buying his first Akai 950 and Atari ST-1040, Milan-based Andrea Riberti is a live artist and producer with his roots cemented in early rave culture, drawing from the wake of Post Punk, Industrial and Body Music. As a project, Unconscious surfaced in 2013 to further experiment within electronic music, acting as an outlet to communicate raw, post-industrial sounds.
His live and hybrid performances are aimed at the fully body, moving dancefloors with a charged and sonorous strain of dark electronics operating on the fringes of body techno, acid, wave and italo.

Washing Machine podcast #3 - Synkronized

After an excellent release on Pinkman’s white serie label “Broken Dreams”, Russian producer LVRIN let us leap once again into his secret world where time and space are colliding in order to resurrect the uncanny sounds of the 80’.
As the riff of the guitar takes us back to an old abandonned garage, dreary voices are raising from hell to reach our darkest thoughts. Summoning an antsy incantation, the piercing pads and continuous complaints sound like a slick invading our ears. As the drums guide us through this occult rite, we descry the path to a metallic jungle. While a hail of snares and hats wrap up the final incantations, the battling drums and conquering notes enable us to dive into another dimension. Synthesizers become masters and the scraping bass is imposing its ominous sound through the glitched rattles. A wavy atmosphere takes place, at the encounter of post punk and industrial black tones. The narrating voices pursue their bewitchment, preparing for the storm to come. The minimalistic drum pattern nurtures your deepest feelings and achieve from transposing you into LVRIN tenebrous world. The acid is echoing far away until you can feel its unpropitious presence going back and forth through your eardrums. Control is being taken by the 606 as duskiness invades our souls.
With this podcast, LVRIN demonstrates once again his love for industrial electronic sounds, and his affection for time travelling. Combining his modern vision to the effective minimal electronic sounds of the 80’s, his psychedelic and caliginous sounds reflect his devotedness to hardware.

Stratowerx - Celestial Structures

Behind the moniker LVRIN hides a Russian producer named Jenya Lavrinov. He lives in a small town called Bryansk, has a delay and a pitch shifter among his friends and loves to horse around with them.This young man began to destroy his neighbours' ears when he was 19. At first with Ableton Live and just a couple of old synths, then with a hardware sequencer and a full range of other gear which was able to produce noises. Since Jenya got the ability to control the sound in real time with his own hands and heart, these noises had been merging into a dark, minor, reflective electronic post-punk and industrial records, facilely and naturally.After his magnificent debut on Pinkman’s “Broken Dreams” released earlier this year, he's preparing something new for the next one. In Jenya's plans for the near future there is a 12" on Lux Rec.'s sublabel MRT under his alias A Bleak Reality. Work on several other LVRIN's records is in progress as well.
