Coming from a background of drumming in various punk bands, Severin Black under the moniker Nape has for the last few years been forcing rhythms into their most self-deprecating fissures. With four EPs and a 7" out on labels run by the likes of Strahinja Arbutina, Spiderwrap and DJ Valentimes, his next release will be a stripped back modular exercise on Nick Klein's Psychic Liberation imprint later this year.

This hour-long contribution to us is an attempt to represent Severin's simultaneous anxiety and euphoria experienced whilst making it from his living room in Peckham, London. It contains tracks by Loose-y Crunché, Beau Wanzer, Ekaterina Bazhenova-Yamasaki, Isabella, Robert Wyatt and Acidic Male among others, as well as an unreleased Nape track not yet given a home.

Back in 2016 when I started DJing, I set off my sonic journey with UK Garage and Dubstep, spliff and controller sessions with Fahell and shitty speakers. I always held dubstep as a personal niche and never had the opportunity to spin it on a large soundsystem since my days in Zlin, where it was with Dexxx and Hyber (A+++) at a local club with old 850s and a hot DJM. I’m excited to have a format to set together a journey through dub and my latest fav picks from the 140 realm. This one is for all my fellow soundbwoys, no neo, only proper. ⚡️

Aïra is the fruit of the alliance between several DJs and producers from Toulouse who are already involved in the local music scene, and from their meeting was born the shimmering desire to propose an alternative musical experience to clubbing, to focus instead on the creation of moments of softness, of slowness, a cocoon to gather, to wander and to find appeasement thanks to the music.
Aïra was conceived as a free space, where music would be sacred and contemplation its most beautiful offering. The collective open the doors of imagination one by one and wanna prove that sharing is the key to all possibilities

First, we introduced you the work of Lys, a french composer of electronic music. She's an organ player, dj and she produces music with electronic devices. The first peaces was  "Etude une" & "Aventure d'une promenade." Both of these electroacoustic songs arecomposed in 2018 for her class at the Toulouse Conservatory.  
"Etude Une"
It's a short study, elaborated only from concrete sounds recorded in studio with simple metallic objects: a triangle, a stainless steel salad bowl, a Tibetan bowl, marbles, a metal rod and a ventilation grid among others... This piece is built on 2 tracks, where the sound objects alternate, on very short or longer durations. The work show the symbiosis of the rhythmic games, spatialization and volumes.

"Aventure d'une promenade"
This second piece, longer, is an invitation to a walk in a fantastic world where we follow the granular speech of a sound object between fauna noises and he vagaries of the weather.
After these two pieces, she delivered us a djset of one hour of songs that describe a part of her universe.

After this set, we heard the work of Jan Loup. She composed this piece called Rising artificial sun by the afternoon. She created this piece during the lockdown in France and release it on the box of the collective Girls don't cry from toulouse.

The work of Jan Loup was followed by an original composition from UNDER/STANDING. This piece is a patchwork of his unrealesed tracks during the past two years. You can hear a 20 minutes recorded live session with additionnal songs : another ambient track from his past work and a post-rock song. It feels like his work is full of melancholy, empathy and will to find the beauty of the world.

After the work of Johanna OJ, you heard a mix from Khey Mysterio, recorded at Dixmontel fest this summer for the ondorphine stage, a radio collective from France. The purpose of this set is an imaginary and revisited soundtrack of blade runner with some sentences that Khey Mysterio took from the book in french version. During the set, he spells the words of the book, and invite us to think about the link between the man and the machine "les androides rêvent ils de moutons électriques?". He also describes what a dystopia look alike.

Mutaforma is a collective project between A Hand , @blackseedacts, @luceclandestina and Matteo Fabbri.  
A two-hours journey where sounds and experiences merge, diverge and transform themselves into new and unpredictable forms. 
An experiment of sharing and listening for a future collective transmutation.

Marco Segato is a sonic explorer, producer and live performer currently based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
He's the co-founder of Rete Neurale Milano E.S.T. and Empty Signal Transmission series curator.

He’s been a Red Bull Music Academy alumnus in 2016 in Montréal (Canada) and graduated in Audio Production at SAE Institute Milan in 2017.

During the last years, Marco released his music under different monikers (La Serpiente, MS, Narvalos) on labels such as XCPT Music, Random Numbers, Communion Records, Dionysian Mysteries, Vastechoses ecc.. as well as on many solidarity compilations like Перамен! A Compilation for Belarus, Despertar: Chile, SONIC RESISTANCE. A Compilation For Rojava, For Huwara [CM21]...

Amsterdam-based, Finnish-born Elina Tapio is a DJ/radio maker/sonic researcher with a touch for
dark, cerebral sets infused by industrial atmospheres and psychedelic rhythms. Her style is rooted in
her interest in sound studies and philosophy, weaving contemplative narratives unfolding as
disembodiment and estrangement. She is a resident at Mutant Radio (GE) since 2021 co-hosting the
series “Scrying the Landscape” with Hannah Pezzack and onboarding May 2023 on Echobox (NL) for
a residency show with Julia Mira and Vanja Rakic. Some recent local club appearances include
Garage Noord, The Grey Space in the Middle, Radio Radio, in addition international ones at
Traumburg (DE), Sameheads (DE) and Flow Festival (FI).
