I started playing drums at 9 years of age and played professionally most of my life.  Over the years I added additional instruments to my skills as you will see in the songs I have posted here.  I do all of the vocals and play all of the instruments and do my own recording and mixing.  Many of the songs I've posted are my orignals.  I hope you enjoy them.  Peace and love.  Mike

I enjoy both listing to and creating music. I think music, as you may have probably heard, is a universal language. Music is a type of vibe which harmonically connects the listener to the artist or singer. Even if they speak different languages the music can still bridge the communication gap and convey a timely message for their particular mood. I hope these vibes are resonating. Thanks for visiting. Cooking Sounds and Wild Rituals are new series of sound improvisations recorded live in unusual locations: a kitchen, a forest, a meadow, a cave...
I'm far from the concert hall or the studio.
By maintaining a very minimalist approach (some sound tools are found or made on site)and mobile (no electrical connections, electro instruments powered by batteries, even solar power, hi-fi amplifiers if necessary), I undertake a poetic and acoustic adventure that allows me to adapt to the places I visit. Because in this research, mobility and lightness are priority axes.
Random encounters with multiple universes, compositions that dialogue with moving spaces, voices, sighs, and texts that evaporate into the air, ephemeral.
A time spent listening, a suspended moment during which sounds and colors intermingle and gently begin to trace an acoustic path. Words and sentences are formed and unformed, carrying   
more sounds than meaning, even though the latter is constructed in situ in the chaos of the indefinable...

Guitarist for over 30 years, I only started composing/recording my own material around 2006, which is when I also began dabbling in piano & synth.   

Many of these 100+ tracks are centered around life experiences, as well as people I've crossed paths with.  

These tracks are all presented "as is," and as such may have varying sound quality and volume levels.  Many of the older ones were recorded before I had any idea about multi-tracking.  

Some may even sound a bit "out of context", as several of these pieces were pulled from larger, more experimental compositions.  

Over the past several months I have started slowly returning to my rock & metal roots.  It seems to always come down to a lack of time; having lots of ideas but no time to actually sit down and bring them to life.
