This week on PHTMLIVE we have a blistering mix from Vancouver-based DJ & Producer, and also the Co-Founder of PHTM, @tommylewisdj. Hot off the heels of Aqua Lucidity the forward momentum drives on, pushing his distinctive techno sound. 

Relentless rhythms collide, heads bob in unison and we get lost in the beautiful space between metallic aggression and organic grooves. If this sounds like a strange juxtaposition, lock in for the journey and you won't be disappointed.

al dente! Mama mia, where are we going this time? We can calm you down, we stay musical! But this time we're going to Switzerland, namely Geneva, where DJ comes from al dente and wants to stir up the Swiss techno scene! She learned to love DJing but in Erasmus in Berlin, where else? With her clique she organized small raves on the Tempelhofer Feld and the Grunewald and offered a small escape from this chaos. Inspired by dr.rubinstein, Ellen Alien and Joey Beltram, their sound is characterized by driving 90s techno, acid and trance. Her sets are simply al dente and we were able to convince ourselves that she is an excellent beat cook!

Ancient Alien is a deep passionated Berlin based Artist. The Audio Engineer and Sound Design Students enthusiasm acknowledges all electronic music and soundscapes. He highly loves intelligent layering different types of electronic music to create an artistically and huge rooms in his Dj sets. As an Producer he focussed on hypnotic background atmospheres that works with sequenced synthesis and well designed hardware based percussion loops.

His Dj set is a Recording with his favorite tracks of the early 00‘s, Tribal, Tension, intense catching Bassline grooves and of course some of his own sound productions.

Nueva sección de la radio donde tendrán espacio diferentes sets en directo realizados por diferentes artistas que han pasado por las fiestas de phase.ctv.

En esta primera entrega tenemos el mix del holandés Bruecke, el cual cerro la green room en la fiesta del tercer aniversario de Phase el pasado 14 de octubre. Un set realizado en su totalidad a vinilo y destinado para el baile, manteniendo en todo momento el groove. En la pista la sesión se vivió con gran motivación y el artista puso en todo momento el turbo para que no se parará hasta el final.

New section of the radio where different live sets made by different artists who have passed through the phase.ctv parties will have space.

In this first installment we have the mix of the Dutch Bruecke, which closed the green room at the party of the third anniversary of phase on October 14. A set made entirely on vinyl and intended for dancing, keeping the groove at all times. On the dance floor the session was lived with great motivation and the artist put at all times the turbo to not give space to stop until the end.

Model Citizen is the guest #50 from this edition of the morphcast.

Manchester born and based DJ Model Citizen has been a regular face in the North West & beyond’s underground rave scene and has been rapidly making a name for himself up and down the UK.

Choosing to remain anonymous, he takes his listeners on a journey through different soundscapes, always letting his meticulous selections do the talking for him.

Generally choosing to start at lower tempos, and more stripped back tracks, he is a master at slowly feathering the tension upwards towards more percussive, groovy tracks until his fabled, almighty closings.

He is without doubt one of Manchester’s brightest sparks at the moment and for certain a name to keep watch of in the coming months.

Yeee como estáis? Soy @r010_lucas también conocido como R-010, Lucas o Rojo (de ahí el aka artístico). Soy un productor y artista en formato Live y residente de @phase.ctv desde hace ya un año.
Voy dando tumbos entre los distintos géneros electrónicos y que abarca el Techno pero siempre con dos denomindores comunes: percusión agresiva y un sonido nostálgico traído por acordes o pads.
Adoro ver a la gente bailar con los ojos cerrados completamente abstraídos de la realidad y eso es lo que intento conseguir en cada uno de mis sets.
Súper ilusionado como siempre de empezar esta nueva temporada.
