@user-138663860: I think SC has a lot to do with the acceptance of musical diversity, the number of creative musicians proves it. Nowhere else can you find this musical richness. We listen to and appreciate each other. Everyone in his or her own field, whether it's ambient music or something else, contributes to the building. I would say that SC is a first choice school for those who want to experiment. Authentic listening (listening to each track from start to finish) and feedback makes you want to listen. I agree with you that SC has indeed changed music with its simple and egalitarian concept. However, there is no question of coming to be a music merchant, to like and repost at all costs to get fame, SC is not designed for that. The pandemic may have been the starting point for some people who felt a bit lonely and as a musician jumped in and they were right. Without SC, I was totally unknown!!! so really, Thank You

I first heard this track by Nic right at the beginning of 'Pandemic Spring Break 2020' a couple of weeks before I got to know him.  I was working on a ladder at my house and I had to climb down to down to look and see who this was. I was glad to get his blessing to put my spin on it.

This started when I was messing around with some softsynth VST's I hadn't used before and landed upon a sound I liked using one called Prodigious Synth.  I laid down a bit of an upward melodic progression with the pianoroll and that became the basis for the song.

Somewhere along the way I threw in some radio clips from the Apollo program and kept tinkering with it the last few weeks until it has become a sort of series of set pieces hinging around the same melodic cues.

I had some fun messing with some pictures of the Apollo 11 moon landing to make the track art as well.  You can see the full resolution image here: https://i.imgur.com/3xaHWcX.jpg

I'm almost back...

After the death of a loved one, I found myself unable to play music... so I opened a small attic room deep in my unbalanced mind and played other types of instruments... it had to happen...

So here's a track, "ATTIC ROOM" (37 minutes), composed and produced, bringing together 10 very different and surprising tracks... I feel like I was in another dimension for a while, and I hope you enjoy it.

Me voici presque de retour...
Après le décès de l'un de mes proches, je me suis retrouvé dans l'incapacité de jouer de la musique... alors j'ai ouvert une petite chambre mansardée tout au fond de mon esprit en déséquilibre et j'ai joué sur d'autres types d'instruments... il fallait que cela se réalise...

Voici donc un titre "ATTIC ROOM" (37minutes) composé et réalisé rassemblant 10 titres tellement différents et surprenants... je pense avoir été dans une autre dimension pendant un certain temps et j'espère que vous allez apprécier.
