From the new Sebastian Mullaert EP released on Josh Wink's OVUM Recordings on June 30, 2014.
I made Chant de Paris the day before my first solo live show at the club showcase in Paris, hence the name for the track and EP. 

Release Note : 

Over the last 17 years, Sebastian Mullaert has had a long and distinguished career as one half of hardware experimentalist duo Minilogue, with releases on Cocoon, Wagon Repair and Crosstown Rebels. Now opting to focus more on solo endeavors, he hits the ground running with his sublime Ovum debut. Clocking in at a hefty 16 minutes in length, the title track is a heady excursion which flirts with reverb-drenched ouds and meandering keyboard scales, conveying an air of Arabic mystique. An array of acidic synths move in and out of focus, whilst skittering hi-hats and ride cymbals slowly build upon rafts of kinetic energy, all programmed with a deft, organic touch.In an impressive display of versatility, Mullaert promptly flips the vibe from Berlin basement to Ibiza sunset with Recapturing the Radical Self. It starts off similarly enough, with brooding 303 squelches and sharp claps, but slowly ascends into a state of full-on Balearic bliss. This November, Get Physical has the honour of releasing the first ever album from Chicago house luminary DJ Pierre. 
Before that, they drop one of the singles from the LP with a special remix by Rumore & Benjamin Fröhlich.
Pierre, by anyone’s standards, is a pivotal character in the story of house music. Active since the ‘80s, inventor of the acid sound with Phuture, the man behind the famous WildPitch style of tracks and remixes and a veteran of labels like King Street, Strictly Rhythm, Nite Groove and International Deejay Gigolo, he’s done it all. The new album rounds up all these highlights and includes some new exclusives along the way.

Every few years we receive a demo from Poland which makes us speechless. The first was Pol_On, the next Tanzlife & ID Ensemble and now Piotr Bejnar and Oskar Szafraniec. Piotr is an eccentric figure in Warsaw’s electronic music scene and the man behind the tasteful labels Otake Records and 2529KM, while Oskar resides in Berlin, where cooperations with Ricardo Villalobos and Pier Bucci have given him plenty of attention, showcasing his versatile productions on several prestigious labels. 

For their Connaisseur debut, the two talents locked themselves into the studio for several days, creating an impressive output for this short amount of time. From their demo, we picked the four tracks which fascinated us most. The final result is a two part release, each consisting of two tracks, which will be released with an in-between gap of two weeks. 

"Sleepless Days“ has a more classic house approach with plenty of live played instruments, while "Sleepless Nights“ goes deeper and adds a slighty more techno twist to the productions.
