What an absolute joy it was to play in this incredible spot in Stanmer Woods, held perfectly by nature, the weather, the dancers and the crew.

It was such an honour to be guest facilitator for this new dance community growing in Brighton and do something im so passionate about in such a stunning location. 

The space so beautifully set with Annalisa's warm ups to activate and energize the body and then to move into a Bliss Spirit Ceremony and then DANCE and to close with me and Kai on live instruments.

If you feel to work deeper with the medicine of this dance, I invite you to prepare some Cacao or Bliss Spirit, set your intention, drink your drink and dance into your journey, then lie down for the last track to integrate your journey.

The live sound journey that closed this dance, curated by me and Kai unfortunately can not be included in this recording.

Where I live in British Columbia Canada, there's not much sun for most of the year. So when summer does come along, everyone drops whatever they were doing and heads outdoors. Each year I set aside some music to play in the sunny summer months. Regardless of the genre, there's always been healing summer music with a fuzzy bassline, tropical noises and tribal percussion that makes me feel warm and a little bit lazy. Music for a daytime festival, dancing at the beach or a pool party.

Last August I had a gig booked at Odd Society Spirits in Vancouver BC with my old friend Elio Agvaz. I was really excited to play with him, unfortunately it was one of the two gigs this summer I had to cancel due to getting Covid. At that point I was not going anywhere, other than back to bed! To make up for missing the gig, I thought I would share some of the new music I was thinking about playing that day. While you listen, try to imagine summers on the west coast of North America with the Pacific Ocean at your feet.

A shamanic flute, and a heavy psychedelic bassline are headlining this special release making it both - a chillout & meditation track - but also a danceable sacred rave hit - for all the tribal dancefloors.

The project was birthed at the first ever Space Mountain Festival (Puretone Festival then) at Martin 'YOUTH' Glover's legendary home & studios in Andalucia, Spain from an impromptu jam session that went so well it stuck! 

Now 7 yrs later and many gigs in several countries under their belt, this duo is starting to produce their own tracks and we're here for it!
