Jordan has been exposed to electronic music from a very early age and owes this to being born and bred in the industrial town of Blackburn, Lancashire - a place that is steeped in rich history when it comes to the four to the floor beat, at first taking an interest in acid and classical house music that originated from the 80s and early 90s.  

In 2013 Jordan moved to London where he was indulged in the deep house scene which was gaining momentum at the time.  It wasn't long before he was attending various parties across the capital, learning of new sub genres and realising the art of DJing. Not long after that he was on the 1s and 2s and that's where his love really began for music. "It was awesome that I could mix and manipulate tracks to my tasting - where I was in control. There is no better feeling than seeing people smile, groove and most importantly have a good time with the reason being you have set the atmosphere and are playing the right beats!"

These days, Jordan is usually found to play heavy driving techno sets, filled with rolling drum kicks, rich synths and the occasional touch of piano which take him full circle from his first experiences.   That said, Jordan is still partial to play across the board from disco to house and beyond.  Jordan has been playing events for one of the North West hottest brands - Symposium as well as being involved in the formation of London based Metamorphosis.  He has now also began to take the next step by focusing in on production aspects which is ever developing.  Be sure to watch this space as big things are predicted to follow!

Platform 7even is a digital record label founded in 2014 in London and run by DJ/Producer @verunka17 aka Laydee V aiming to be a platform for up and coming and established producers from around the globe. The main focus is deep house, techno with minimal influences to create the cutting edge of underground sound.
