Das ELEKTROFISH Studio wurde 1999 von Hilton Theissen und Uwe Lübbers, den damaligen Mitgliedern der Band AKANOID, gegründet. 
Primäres Ziel war es, ein Tonstudio mit allen Optionen für jeden Schritt der Musikproduktion einzurichten. Von Recording, Programming und Komposition bis hin zu Abmischung und Mastering eines release-fähigen Tonträgers. 
Mit den Jahren der Entwicklung erprobte man sich an immer neuen und innovativeren Techniken der Signalbearbeitung und majorkompatibler Produktion um den individuellen Klang unterschiedlichster Musik Stile und Genres zu generieren, sowohl bei Fremd-als auch Eigenproduktionen. 
So zählen neben Bands, Medien Agenturen und Produzenten auch regelmässig Label wie die Universal Music Group und Warner Chappell zu unseren Kunden. 
Das ELEKTROFISH Studio ist heute ein innovativer und professioneller Partner für jeden Produktionsschritt und bietet Lösungsmöglichkeiten für Auftragskomposition, Neuabmischung, Audiorestauration und kreatives Mastering für ein stilgerechtes Klangbild, wobei der Wunsch des Kunden inklusive flexibler Beratung immer im Vordergrund steht.

Tom E Morrison, award-winning producer, composer and director of Big Sky Song, has worked in an eclectic musical arena ranging from mixing and engineering for renowned UK band Underworld, remixing for “Puff Daddy’s” label Bad Boy,  to composing and producing music for TV Shows, Games consoles, Feature Films, Trailers and international Corporate Clients .
In 2011 he is expanding Big Sky Song Music Production and is launching Big Sky Song Records and Music Publishing .

Drawing their influence from krautrock kings Kraftwerk, this indie band blooms from their roots through the seminal sounds of new wave wonders the Simple Minds and the untouchable U2. The PLEXIPHONES have a sound so rich and so addictive they are set to take the alternative scene by storm, giving listeners a body of work that tempts toes to tap and hands to clap ceaselessly. Sending seismic blasts of sound right from their roots out to the multitudes of musos baying at the foot of their stage, the music they make echoes through listeners long after the last hook has rung out, their irresistible rhythms stuck on an internal repeat. Their set at Music Palace no doubt placed them as ones to watch in the minds of those who attended, nuances of New Order could very clearly be weaving through the heaving crowd and was greeted by nothing but cheers. With these performances in mind it becomes clear that the PLEXIPHONES are a group that are here to stay, and a group you’ll never want to leave your speakers.
Forging their own unique iconography from their ingenious iconoclasm, their debut EP and their debut album (The London Tapes and News from the Colonies and their second album Electric), the band have beckoned countless crowds from not just the UK, but Europe in its entirety with their revolutionary blend of rock and roll and entrancing electro. Profound and punchy in equal measure, their latest collaboration with multimillion selling Trance titans Sash! ‘Can’t Change You’ is set to have crowds churning and cheering wall to wall and has already become the second hottest track on Germany’s top 100 DJ Charts, keeping decks across the country spinning for weeks on end.
Coming off the back end of an electric mini-marathon of dates in the UK (supporting the post punk powerhouse Blue Zoo at the Art Bar in Oxford and the Islington’s esteemed O2 Academy) PLEXIPHONES will be releasing their third Album „Break in the Clouds“ in October 2019.
