Just as pearls reflect in boundless directions, silver pearl traverses through the deep and dubby spectrum, where depth is both heard and felt. With moments of both intensity and introspection, her sound moves fluidly from the crushing lows of the 140 range to the flow of textured half-time, dnb, and IDM. Layering experimental elements with club rhythms, silver pearl’s sets breathe with the room.

Introducing a deeply soothing Unrush mix from DOC - a producer, live act, and founder of Selene Series, whose sound I've been exploring since a friend connected us at this year's Mostra Festival.

For this mix, he delivers something truly special: a warm, comforting sound blanket which spans over almost 3 hours. Moving away from the more experimental edges he often explores, DOC has crafted a mix that feels like a gentle, unhurried stroll.

In his own words:

"Not every mix needs to be ‘a journey’. This mix is a stroll.

A stroll around that feeling of warmth, of tranquility, of comfort. A walk in circles around different iterations of beautiful music to soothe your senses. Because sometimes, the act of walking is the destination in itself. And when we are not going anywhere, just being for the sake of being, there is no rush. We are unrushed."

So, find a moment, let it play in the background, and get lost in the stroll...

I started with the feeling I had at 5 pm on a Tuesday in December. At just about 8 minutes, this is probably the longest track I've done. Yes, I like doing things that are lovely (in my opinion) but slightly ... off.

For the first episode of DB/live, we’re happy to host frederic, joining us from Ghent, BE. 
DJ and Pintai co-founder, he moves between minimal, dub techno, deep house, and ambient, shaping subtle and introspective soundscapes. 
Together with Hame and Hafa, he co-created Pintai Records to bring people together through music and events.

This set was recorded in the chill-room of Pintai x Small Steps at ADE 2025, Amsterdam.

Singularity Ballet is a slow-burn orchestration of gravity and light. Astroform strips rhythm to its bones and lets harmony do the moving.
