A já jak balvan někde se položim,
Nejvíc ze všeho bych si přál moct říct “nic ti nedlužim”
Ale furt nevim, jestli se z toho nesložim
Ale vlastně každá z nich jseš Ty!

A já furt nemám žádný pocity, jenom pochyby a úzkost cest. A tak bloumám kolem tam, kde není žádná Ty – a já furt nemám žádný pocity… Jenom pochyby a chyby mám; možná, že taky začínám mít stihomam? Nejvíc ze všeho bych si přál říct, že Tě mám, ale furt nemám žádný pocity… A asi ani žádnou čest, když nevim kterou z možných cest, z těch, co se ve mně perou, se překlenout, přemostit, střih! A ani nevim, jestli bych to vůbec stih? Už totiž nemám žádnej štych a po těch létech ve dvou jsem taky na dně s vervou. Tak zkoušim ještě jednou, jestli moje nohy přejdou tu vetchou lávku, co zbyla… Hodim helmou svou pryč! Hodim helmou svou pryč a zase volnějc chodim.

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones.

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

In the unlikely event that you experience any unusual physical or mental discomfort, immediately discontinue use.
