A true icon of the progressive and trance world, Phi Phi continues to inspire with his timeless energy and unwavering commitment to the craft. His partner in sound, Ignace Paepe — Belgian DJ, producer, and actor — discovered his passion for electronic music at just 15, rising through legendary clubs like Cherry Moon before stepping away in 2000. His 2019 comeback marked a renewed vision, merging vinyl and digital approaches while using his artistic voice to promote individuality and creative freedom. Were delighted to welcome this dynamic duo back to the label. The Original Mix gets the release underway, opening with a lush, sweeping pad that sets an immersive tone alongside shuffling hats and a mesmerizing low-end pulse. Punchy kick drums soon cut through the atmosphere as a plucky mid-bass sequence enters, adding weight and drive to the groove. The track builds with hypnotic precision, delicate melodic elements gradually filling the spectrum and enhancing the emotional pull. The break expands into a spacious, cinematic soundscape of rich, floating pads before snapping back into full-on mode. Simeon Fuchs debuts on Bonzai Progressive with a solid remix. With standout releases on top labels and support from major artists, hes lit up stages at Sensation White, Wonderland, Papaya, and more across Europe. As founder of Leaders of Underground, he pushes a unique, forward-thinking sound. On the remix here, chunky kick drums set a confident foundation from the outset, surrounded by a myriad of percussive elements that add rhythmic flair. Rich, vibrant pads bloom across the mix, creating tension while a delicate melodic undertone subtly guides the mood. As the track evolves, larger plucky synths rise to the forefront, shaping the energy with bold, expressive movement before the arrangement settles into a steady, driving groover that carries the momentum forward.

It’s a crazy world outside right now but fortunately Mobilee are on hand with some genuine ‘Common Sense’. 

Literally… ‘Common Sense’ comes courtesy of the consistently on-point Spanish producer Squire AKA ex-Formula 1 driver Jaime Alguersuari, a man who’s been responsible for a whole string of beguiling cuts on the likes of Flying Circus, Bar 25 and My Favourite Robot in recent years. This is his Mobilee debut and, like everything he’s done in his career to date, he’s stepped up once again for the occasion.

With support from Dixon and Trikk already pledged, ‘Common Sense’ is shaping up to be one of this season’s most unexpected anthems. Introspective, measured and dusted with emotive chords, it’s coated with the dynamic harmonic vocal layers of Graham Baxter (of Flowers & Sea Creatures; the inimitable deep indie game-changers who burst through on Buzzin Fly 10 years ago), and has the emotive potential to stop a dancefloor in their tracks and take their breath away.

It’s complemented by ‘Peacock Ritual’. More majestic in its epic church-like glow as arpeggios spiral upwards into the ether and crystalise before your ears, this is hypnotic peaktime material right here make no bones about it. Poker Flat label boss Steve Bug connects with one of Spain’s most inspirational producers and DJs - Uner. The results, predictably, are dancefloor gold. 
Mantis on the Moon slips into its groove from the very start, an insistent beat matched with swingy percussion. The track takes its time but slowly builds into a Minimal / Deep Tech monster over the course of the seven and a half minutes. 
The Swiss pair Animal Trainer pick up the challenge with their remix - a shimmering, melodic rework with a huge drop take that will inspire some chaotic moments on many dancefloors.

Daniel Rateuke takes safari to the streets with 'Dami', a bouncy, percussion led track. Jungly ethno-vocals are souped up with deep, rolling bass lines, steadily reaching altitude before laying it down with cleverly layered, precipitous drops. 

'Patu’ is a tribeadelic peak-time offering, displaying intricately percussive ponderings. Video game-esque accents meld with mysterious, organic sounding instrumentation: this is where the Congo meets the club. 

Kadosh and Ivory turn up the heat with 'Indian Summer', a lively, lascivious track of tight basslines and soaring strings which scale the highest of highs, taking us straight back to those hot, hazy hip-swinging daze and nights in the club. 

Intense, deliberate builds are carried along by an urgent melody in 'Endless', a busy, snappy cut of limitless potential, featuring Sam Farsio. Bright keys and heartfelt strings are the perfect foil to intricate yet gentle synths and robust rhythm.
