'Into The Dark' is @krisbaha 's latest single for 2021, delving into the live music sensibility of Kris's production skillset, coming full circle to his former songwriting background. The song is a confrontational introspection haunted by anxiety, vulnerability and self examination while trying to hear through the noise over the last 6 months.

The saturated synth punk baseline drives the song through the minds highway, pulsating industrial sequences, grating leads intertwined between whispery shoegaze-esque vocals sung by Kris. All the while the warning siren reverberates in the distance.

‘Into the Dark’ mirrors the feeling of late 80’s / 90’s musical transitional phases in the Industrial/ Wave scene and in some way is reflective of Kris’s current musical direction as he presents himself in a different shade of dark.

【explanation about the custom of "Tanabata"】
Tanabata is the Star Festival in English.
Tanabata was born from the legend of Orihime and Hikoboshi,originated from China.
Orihime represents Altair and Hikoboshi represents Vega.
Orihime and Hikoboshi didn’t work hard at all because they fell deeply in love and were crazy about each other.
The king got angry and separated Orihime and Hikoboshi by Ama no gawa.
Ama no gawa represents the Milky Way.
Orihime and Hikoboshi were allowed to meet only on July 7, which is Tanabata.
Tanabata started to celebrate their once-a-year-reunion.
If it rains on July 7, Ama no gawa will flood and they can’t meet.

We display bamboo grass.
We write each wish on a strip of paper and hang it on the bamboo grass.
The strips of paper used to write wishes are called Tanzaku.
It is said that a wish comes true by writing it on Tanzaku.
However, it is also said that a wish doesn’t come true if Orihime and Hikoboshi can’t meet because of the rain.

What I wrote below was heart felt but presumptuous and pretentious.  I would have to not be stupid myself to be allowed to claim such a thing.  More importantly though, I don't believe it is correct or accurate.  These people are probably not stupid but just don't care.  Justice is a collective thing and many if not most people seem to live in bubbles.  It is perhaps economic oppression which is responsible, they just don't have the resources, the time, the energy to be concerned about what lies behond that bubble.  It used to be fine but there's this thing they call globalization which makes this increasingly impractical or impossible.

Justice and vengeance are not the same.  Apparently most people are too stupid to see the difference.  Unfortunately it is not something unique to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and not unique to group conflicts.

What happened to intelligence?  Aren't we supposed to be the "intelligent" specie.
