Throughout history, there has always been a seeming fascination with how the world will end. In recent years, these discussions have centered around nuclear disasters, immense climate change, and general cynicism. Two thousand years ago (give or take), the Revelations chapter was added into the Christian Bible, detailing a prophetic vision of the end of the world. This has long been a topic embedded in the human psyche. At some point between the present and Revelations’ authorship (closer to the present though), Robert Frost added his own ideas to the mix, and the result was Fire and Ice, one of his most well-known poems, and certainly one of his most powerful ones. This poem is known for its simplicity and biting message, as well as its call to stop and think, offering a different perspective on the end of everything.

When I Die is a Powerful Life Poem by Mewlana Jalaluddin Rumi.
In this poem, the poet alludes to the fact there is life after death. While this “life” after the end of life doesn’t necessarily refer to the mortal life in which humans live, it signifies a higher form of living. One where man is free of his imperfection and ascends to the Almighty. Rumi, in this piece, draws the attention of his readers to the numerous examples of material things that found life even after their supposed death. He then questions that how could there be any doubt as to the rebirth of humans, when material things such as the sun, the moon, seeds, and even empty buckets go down, only to come back up, filled with new life and purpose.
This poem can also be a source of motivation for anybody currently having a downtime, reminding them that it is only a matter of time before they come back up filled with more life and energy.

The poem I cry is a free verse poem whereby Tupac employs this tool to express his pain and sadness about how he cries and he is pained about so many things yet no one seems to notice.
He repeats the word"I cry" to place emphasis on the subject of the poem. Tears which is a symbol of an outburst of emotions. Usually when people are hurt and so pained, when words fail in the expression of the feelings of ones pain then the person cries. Therefore his crying is an outburst of his emotions of pain towards the hardship of the people around him and his. 
He says he cries when he is alone, he cries because his heart is turn and he finds it difficult to move on with life, he concludes be saying"no one cares about why"
Everyone else seems so busy with the passing of life or they are also blinded by the tears of their own tears too that no one notices the tears and why.
Having no one to care when we are hurt or pained even makes the pain more grievous.

In this poem, the author admonishes readers to take charge of their lives and realize that whatever they make out of their lives is up to them. The poem reiterates the popular saying that life is boring and pointless until you make an active effort to change things around. This poem follows the style or trend for which the author is known. Charles Bukowski is popular for writing blunt and realistic poems written with no intent to please or flatter. This poem, The Laughing Heart, follows the same trend and goes straight to the point.

In the poem, the author showed that from his childhood, he has always derived joy, sorrow, anxiety, and other emotions from a different source from other people. He writes in the poem that his isolation and loneliness which is a result of an intensive imaginative mind is a curse and also a blessing. A curse in the sense that it isolates him from others and a blessing as it is the fuel that drives his exceptional writing and artistry.

This is another motivational piece, but in this poem, the author hammered on the topic of self-esteem and self-worth. The poem talks about the need for people to accept themselves before expecting any other person to accept them. The author writes that it is important to understand that nobody is perfect and as a result, people should be themselves and remain proud of themselves. 
The poet also made it clear that anybody can aspire and achieve anything in the world. As long as they ignore the noise around them and focus on the most important entity in their lives, which is themselves. Another poem talks about the imperfections of humans and the sadness and pain that come from the realization of these imperfections. However, the author maintains that it is perfectly normal to have these imperfections as no human is perfect.  
The theme of the poem is self-esteem and the verses reflected this theme perfectly.

A smile is so powerful that it has the potency to mend a broken heart, it has the potency to revive a despised soul and give life to a dieing one. Medically it has been proven how beneficial a smile is to it's owner.
Tupac in this eight lined poem brings to bear many powerful tools "a gun can kill, fire can burn, wind can chill, mind can learn, anger can rage." Nevertheless he says all of the above listed has the power to tear apart. A gun, fire, wind, mind and anger can not mend a broken soul "but the power of a smile especially yours can heal a frozen heart."
Tupac writes in a Black American society where by social injustice and marginalization was the order of the day. The blacks were being brutalized and they lived in pain, fears, hatred, anger. He writes to urge everyone to smile notwithstanding. "Especially yours can heal a frozen heart" everyone should take up the task of being a healing balm to the other through their smile. The power of a sincere smile can never be undermined, " it can heal a frozen heart".
