Kris Moon believes healing is possible, and is committed to making this path accessible to all. 

Kris offers a weekly community class on sundays live-streaming via Zoom for anyone who may be interested in exploring a gentle, trauma aware,  both self-directed and guided approach to yoga, meditation and other mind/body/soul care practices. 

She also works one-on-one with people wanting or needing more individualized guidance.  

Kris doesn’t claim to have the answers, but she’ll sure as heck dive into the questioning and sit with you in the discomfort of the not-knowing, as you explore together what is most useful to you on your unique & evolving human path.
