are the inhibition thresholds lower for non-white people?  -  YES!

It often starts with suspicionless checks, where people of other origins are often singled out and searched, experts call this "Racial Profiling".

I had to experience how police officers humiliate citizens...

and how other colleagues cover up or even participate.
And if you don't join in, you risk your job.

Those you have smacked, you have to give a resistance against law enforcement officers. Not that he will then report you for violation of duty.

That's simply because in Germany it's police are investigating against police...
There is a very narrow understanding of loyalty in the police...
