It is incomparable. 

That feeling of losing yourself in masses of masqueraders and finally healing as your soul becomes whole in the surrendering and sharing of an indescribable camaraderie.

Such a perfect fusion though, can only occur through music; and it is with this thought at the forefront, Precision Productions alongside Parliament Music have come together to cement those bonds between us all, in the rapturous sounds of the “Jam Band Riddim”.

With a melody which causes bodies to mash together in harmony, only one further component is necessary to make this riddim exceptional and guarantee merriment in the streets. A diverse but spirited array of voices, something this release has in spades.

Newcomer Shradah McIntyre showcases her stunning vocals, along with versatile artist Erphaan Alves. Also lining up are the current Power Soca Monarch of Antigua and Barbuda, Ricardo Drue, with Trinidad and Tobago’s former Groovy Monarch Kees Dieffenthaller, as well as recent Soul Train Award winner Machel Montano, rounding out the outstanding performers featured.

This combination of talent and jubilant music will certainly have everyone jamming zealously together as their spirits flow in one festive voice for Carnival 2015.

Trinidadian Soca Music star Machel Montano's first Power Soca release for 2015 - Losing It on the Bitter Riddim, produced by Stadic Studio Productions and Wetty Beatz.

A well-versed palate is always appreciative of a variety of tastes, understanding especially that a new flavour profile can add a satisfying jolt to the senses. A long time connoisseur of Soca, Machel Montano values and displays this knowledge in his fifth release for the season, his very first Power Soca, “Losing It”!

The single is off of the “Bitter Riddim”, which is produced by Stadic Studio and Wetty Beatz Productions, and is designed to inject a potent gush of heady rhythm into the current musical mix. Within its fortifying brew is a royal selection of masterful entertainers who all bring their distinct spice to the table. These featured performers include Bunji Garlin, Fay Ann Lyons, and Sekon Sta, two of whom alongside Machel collectively hold the highest number of Soca Monarch and Road March titles in Trinidad and Tobago. 

Stephanas Ramgattie and Akeem Chance of WEMAD with Machel have cooked up a songwriting treat in this one that captures the near legendary vibrancy that the Monk Monte´ brand brings as he steps into any arena. Pulses will spike and masqueraders will grow antsy when this plays, as the track makes listeners eagerly savor and anticipate the magical feast that Carnival 2015 is already shaping up to be.

TRIBE Carnival in collaboration with Precision Productions have come together to craft yet another first for this yearly festival. They are giving masqueraders the unmatched experience and luxe indulgence of soaring through the city and letting their sultry side free, evoking envy, lust, and more than one blush, as they proudly tempt and charm in a swirling vortex of glamorous plumage to their very own TRIBE Riddim.

In order to steer such a momentous milestone between music and mas, Road March specialists capable of boosting power levels sky-high were convened.

Skinny Fabulous starts the musical whirlwind off with his proclamation that for this season there is “No Other Way” but to blow fetes into oblivion. A sentiment appreciated by Patrice Roberts who is out to cause “Trouble” from the instant she sweeps onto the stage. Meanwhile Machel Montano, the Monk Monté, zooms in to survey the scene, ready, willing, and able to bodily blast any female who, as he says, “Watching Meh”. With all this excitement raging in the air Iwer George delivers his most direct message yet, which is to forget everything else and just “Play D Mas”.

Team Precision’s tempestuous rhythm serves as the dizzying force that will definitely lift heavy legs and recharge fading bodies throughout this parade of unbridled majesty. 

Unquestionably, only the combination of these two trailblazing brands, TRIBE and Precision Productions, could ever deliver this heavenly union of sights and sounds generated purely from the life and energy to be found in Carnival 2015.

Like sand skimming through our fingertips, this feting season is slipping past us more quickly than can almost be believed. All too soon the most euphoric week of any year will be here.

Spectacularly though, Precision Productions has distilled the intensity and frenzied delirium of this last-lap week to create the team’s final riddim for the 2015 season.

Ready yourselves because it is finally time to raise hands and flags in “Triumph”, as the spirits of Mas and Carnival are evoked to their peak essences driving our land to surrender to indescribable mirth.

Straight away Nadia Batson sets pure bacchanal into motion seizing the title of “Starter”, opening this gateway to unadulterated fun. “Born Ready” to musically fuel the oncoming unforgettable memories, Kes The Band channels an endless supply of vibes, directly to listeners. Simultaneously, the Monk Monté says come “Play A Mas”, and feel the sheer jubilance thrumming through the air guiding your every move. Destra Garcia wants to push it even further, directing everyone to “Throw Back” waistlines, minds, and attitudes to the golden age of feting, when all anyone required for a good time was a comfortable pair of sneakers. In the thick of all this, Kerwin Du Bois is determined to “Use It” before he misses his chance to freely pound that grand Savannah stage. With their original style of instrumentation Alternative Quartet clinches the riddim sealing in the lingering emotion, which comes when Soca lovers reminisce about, that “Last Time”.

Precision Productions, is a young in age but old in knowledge music production team based in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago, which has collectively amassed just about 20 years in studio time and work experience .
The company’s resume reads as a who’s who in the local, regional, and international musical arenas. From Grammy award winner, Chaka Khan, celebrated regional artists Machel Montano and Tessanne Chin, to R&B superstars Carl Thomas and Toni Braxton, the Precision team has garnered work experience in Trinidad, Jamaica, New York, and Los Angeles.
In addition, their productions have won them multiple prestigious International Carnival awards and at times a top three sweep in competitions in Trinidad, Grenada, St. Lucia, Antigua, and St. Kitts/Nevis.
For the young entrepreneurs, 2012 undeniably stood out as a benchmark year, as their music practically swept the International Soca Awards with 11 nominations, and 6 outright wins. This was along with their music productions attaining 6 unique placements on MTV’s The Real World and Road Rules, two very popular television series which are aired worldwide.
With Precision’s present growth and influence in the Soca industry it would be easy to overlook their incredible abilities in other genres of music, as well as in other music-based industries. 
However, the company has taken its dynamic energy and relentless drive into multiple genres, such as Calypso, Reggae, R&B, Gospel, Rap, Hip Hop, Pop, Chutney-Soca, and Dance music. 
It has also gained commercial and corporate success with innovative advertising campaigns for clients such as local communications conglomerate bmobile, regional communications and media giant Lime, and the internationally renowned brand Coca Cola.
These endeavours have synced quite well with Precision’s budding merchandizing and event management business ventures as well as its now thriving publishing arm.
