It is a fearsome challenge, but it is one Precision Productions relishes at the start of every Carnival season. The combination of high expectations from eager fans along with each team member's drive to surpass the work of the previous year casts the fertile groundwork needed to annually invigorate Soca lovers with a complete musical Shake Down!

This newly released riddim is a sincere reflection of that sentiment as Precision's characteristic enthusiasm and love of vocation swell within every note from the feisty baseline to the sparkling chords, demanding vigorous movement from the second you hit play.

Naturally, for this level of stimulating sound high-octane vocalists who could exhilarate audiences universally were called upon to channel the unwavering rhythmic power.

Setting things off is Nadia Batson who declares she has a Split Personality, which only surfaces this time of year, while Akeem "Preedy" Chance warns that he is just plain Unruly, even as Patrice Roberts sings about a Blush that refuses to fade. Meanwhile Kerwin Du Bois brazenly proclaims I Am D One, just as Tian Winter revels being In De Middle, and with a heart filled with gratitude GBM Nutron closes things off devotedly chanting So Blessed. All of them give dynamic performances that make it near impossible to patiently wait for the festival to officially begin.

2016 continues to be a year of melodic experimentation for the team. New ideas are being transformed into reality to ensure fans of this genre savor yet another year of mind-blowing music, which will vibrate limbs and fete-ready feet straight into this otherworldly street-party without missing a single beat.

The coupling of assertiveness and bragging in many cases would be considered an unfavourable combination. When noses flare and eyes roll, all expressions of non-approval become quite clear.  Usually, the befriending of someone with the aforementioned traits is least likely to occur in most environments. It's usually because the personality is demanding and domineering. The complaints surrounding the personality may mainly be that it is almost impossible to avoid any level of interaction. Really, the descriptions can be a major deterrent when attached to a human being right? Rest assured it is no off putting when the descriptions are attached to music; Soca, specifically. 

Kerwin Du Bois' 'Dis Iz D Band' encompasses all the traits that would be considered undesirable by a non-lover. The growth of a genre that he holds dear is being recognized by the world without being exempted from haters. The diehard supporters are sometimes ridiculed but the power and the numbers continue to increase. To Du Bois, the growth of Soca is  undeniable and inevitable.  To him, the genre is bigger than a crew, bigger than a team, bigger than the detractors. It's a band, 'Dis Iz D Band'

This was along with their music productions attaining 6 unique placements on MTV’s The Real World and Road Rules, two very popular television series which are aired worldwide.
With Precision’s present growth and influence in the Soca industry it would be easy to overlook their incredible abilities in other genres of music, as well as in other music-based industries. 
However, the company has taken its dynamic energy and relentless drive into multiple genres, such as Calypso, Reggae, R&B, Gospel, Rap, Hip Hop, Pop, Chutney-Soca, and Dance music. 
It has also gained commercial and corporate success with innovative advertising campaigns for clients such as local communications conglomerate bmobile, regional communications and media giant Lime, and the internationally renowned brand Coca Cola.
These endeavours have synced quite well with Precision’s budding merchandizing and event management business ventures as well as its now thriving publishing arm.
