So, is it jazz?
Not really, but as in jazz there are influences of all kinds of music, from electro to rock and from Dub Step to traditional jazz.

I NEED FEAR; This track is born from all our fears, the very ones that drive us forward.
All those fears that make us *feel alive.*

We created, Remastered and re-recorded this piece during a time when we were breaking our own ground, stepping out of our comfort zone, wanting to move forward freely.

This track originally appeared in our previous album, but we’ve re-released it with major changes, in the lyrics and in other parts of the music, and now it’s part of our new album.

We first wrote the lyrics in 2023, but we’ve rewritten them, and most importantly, translated them from Persian into English, to break the barrier of language, so it no longer separates us from our listeners. We wanted to connect directly, beyond words, with everyone, everywhere.

Another major change has been the Remastering, improving the beats and kicks to deliver the intensity and energy we truly feel inside.
Deep Techno gives us a space where we can express emotions like these — precisely, completely, and freely.
Emotions that rise from the deepest layers of our pain, reborn and screaming out:
“We're alive!”

Introduction and Lyrics in English

This song was inspired by the images of war that I have been increasingly confronted with on the internet, television, and social media in recent years.
The verses are an attempt to translate the sometimes unspeakable horror of brutally extinguished lives and destroyed houses and cities into pictorial, metaphorical language.
The chorus expresses the longing to stop this creeping wave of destruction and counter it with a profound world peace. A world peace that will lead stray souls, who are currently being seduced by right-wing populist and ultimately warmongering slogans, to return to their true loving, deeply humanistic core selves.
Since the entire song is a kind of desperate plea for more love for oneself and others, I chose Picasso's famous painting “The Supplicant” as song-cover.

The music project "Present Paradox" by Dortmund-based David Kleinekottmann provides insights into the often opaque nature of the present. The result is a fusion of melancholic and danceable elements, expansive and intimate at the same time, diverse and yet familiar.
